Customer data shall be kept in strictest confidence and not passed on to third parties without authorization.

The customer hereby gives its express agreement that personal data such as given name, surname, address and bank information may be obtained, processed and stored for the purpose of asserting rights and fulfilling obligations arising out of the agreement concluded with the customer.

The customer hereby gives its express agreement that personal data may be made available by computer to CASAG's agents for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations. Such agents shall be committed by us to observe the Data Protection Act.

The customer hereby gives its express agreement that its personal data may be entered into CASAG's customer file and that it may be sent customer in-formation of any type until notice of revocation, which may be given at any time without due form.
