Café Sacher Innsbruck was opened in 1999. It offers everything that has made Sacher cuisine so famous. Eduard Sacher’s Tafelspitz (boiled beef) and Original Sacher Würstel (sausages), Salonbeuschel (lungs) and Wiener Brathuhn (chicken) in top quality - and, of course, the world-famous Original Sacher-Torte and the Original Sacher Café. On warm summer evenings, the garden in the quiet court yard of the Castle persuades guests to stay just a bit longer. Café Sacher Innsbruck also provides two rooms to be used for private events as press conferences, various celebrations, and more.
