At what age is admission to the casino allowed?
You must have attained the age of majority (18 in Austria) to be allowed into a casino.
Do the casinos have a dress code?
Men are generally required to wear a jacket, except in the Jackpot Casinos. If you decide to visit a casino on the spur of the moment, you may borrow a jacket from the cloakroom on payment of a deposit. There is no coercive dress code for women.
Is there an admission charge?
Admission is free. On admission every guest receives a bonus ticket enabling him to acquire welcome chips or a SpielCARD (for playing the slots) worth € 25 or € 30.

What is required for registration?
A valid official photo identification document (i.e. passport, driving licence ...) is required for registration.
As of 15 June 2003, the Gambling Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of an official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gambling operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests.

Daily from 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. (Jackpot Casino from lunchtime). Except for the seasonal casino at Bad Gastein, all casinos are open every day of the year except for 24 December.
