2. Please select your user name and password (login) and enter your personal data once in the registration form. Click on the „Confirm Registration" button to immediately activate your My Casino User Account. You can now log in with your login name and password at www.casinos.at.
   
3. All adults are entitled to use the above services subject to the Visitor and Gambling Regulations of the Casino. You may inspect the Gambling Regulations of Casinos Austria AG in all 12 Austrian casinos.
   
4. You may use/activate the My Casino Services as soon as you have confirmed your My Casino Registration at www.casinos.at. You may change or cancel the services at any time (by clicking the „Cancel“ button in the My Casino Profile and/or by clicking the „Cancel Newsletter“ or „Change Profile“ button in the Newsletter via e-mail).
5. As My Casino user you agree that your personal data as well as the data on the use of the My Casino Services may be automatically processed and used by Casinos Austria AG for customer service and marketing purposes.
   
6. As My Casino user you agree that e-mails, sms and regular as well as direct mail of Casinos Austria AG may be sent to the e-mail address, mobile phone number and/or postal address, notified by you pursuant to Sect. 107 Telekommunikationsgesetz (Telecommunications Act). You may revoke this declaration of consent at any time by a written statement (by e-mail and/or by clicking on the „Unsubscribe My Casino“ button). From then onwards, you can no longer use the My Casino Services.
   
7. The My Casino Services provide only advantages to you as a visitor of the Casinos Austria homepage and do not impose any obligations on visitors.
   
8. As a My Casino user you may change your personal data under the menu item „My Casino / Personal Data“. You may also activate and/or deactivate the My Casino Services you use under the menu item „My Casino/Profile“ at any time.
   
9. With your My Casino registration you agree to all Conditions of Use.
   
   

Conditions for Participation in Online Games

1. For your participation in online games your data will be taken over fully and automatically from your My Casino registration.
   
2. The winners will be determined by random generator.
   
3. The winners will be informed in writing by e-mail.
   
4. The winners agree that photos or films of the prize award ceremony may be used, without compensation, for marketing and communication purposes.
   
5. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Unresolved or undeliverable profits remain the property of Casinos Austria.
   
6. Taxes, fees and charges arising in connection with the award of a prize shall be borne by the winner.
   
7. Employees of Casinos Austria and partners which make available prizes in connection with the game as well as their relatives are excluded from participation.
   
8. There is no appeal procedure.
