Please note that out of consideration for our guests certain restrictions apply to filming and photography during gaming operations. In this context, we would like to draw your attention to your obligation to maintain game secrecy according to Section 51 of Austria's Gaming Act, in particular. Here, the gaming monopoly requires that the promoter, its contract partners and other persons who act on its behalf maintain confidentiality as regards the players and their participation in games (wins or losses).
At any event, the personal rights of our guests must be safeguarded, in particular, the right to one's own image (Section 78 of Austria's Copyright Act).
Should, for whatever reason, Casinos Austria AG be obliged to pay compensation due to the infringement of an obligation for which you are responsible, we will be forced to require that you indemnify us and hold us harmless.
Please note that we must apply a subject fee of EUR 300.00 net for the work carried out by individual casinos.
