At what age is admission to the casino allowed?
You must have attained the age of majority (18 in Austria) to be allowed into a casino.
Is there an admission charge?
Admission is free. On admission every guest receives a bonus ticket enabling him to acquire welcome chips or a SpielCARD (for playing the slots) worth € 25 or € 30.

What dress regulations must be observed when visiting the casino?
Gentlemen must wear a shirt and jacket to Casino Bregenz; a tie is desirable. Jackpot Casino is exempt from this; here guests may dress in leisure attire. If your casino visit is spontaneous and unprepared you can rent a jacket for € 2,30 plus the € 0,90 coat check fee. We also have ties to lend for a deposit of € 8. Evening attire with the appropriate shoes (no trainers). Ladies are basically free to choose their attire; we expect appropriate dress for a visit to the casino.
What is required for registration?
A valid official photo identification document (i.e. passport, driving licence ...) is required for registration.
As of 15 June 2003, the Gambling Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of an official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gambling operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests.
