More than 350 guests took part in the six tournaments and played for a prize pool of over € 50,000 and one of the six coveted Pokermania trophies.
This past Thursday, the € 120 + 20 Turbo Deepstack got off to a successful launch with 68 entries. The true highlights, however, followed on Friday with the € 50 + 10 Freaky Friday tournament with a whopping 183 entries, and on Saturday the € 200 + 30 main event with 133 players, which ended with a deal for the last remaining two players. The official victory and the trophy went to South Tyrol: Ivan Pixner won the heads-up against Ralph Dittmar and was delighted to receive the € 5,200 prize money as well as the coveted trophy. This was followed by a somewhat quiet Sunday with the Hold'em Classic tournament, which served as a transition to two more highly successful, action-packed days on Monday and Tuesday. The monthly Omaha tournament at Casino Innsbruck was the crowning finale of a great event with over € 5,000 in prize money.
Casino Innsbruck is continuing its weekly poker tournaments over the summer as well. There's still an exciting tournament every Monday and Thursday at 7:00 pm with a buy-in of € 50 + 10. And every first Tuesday of the month, there's the Pot Limit Omaha tournament for € 100 + 20.
A cash game is also offered afterwards as well as every weekend from 6:00 pm.
