Compliance with statutory regulations and internal rules has top priority for our Group. You can report misconduct to us anonymously at any time.
We can only avert damage to our company, guests, customers, staff and business partners if such regulations are observed.
The Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries Group’s whistleblower system has been available and online to external whistleblowers since 2018. The Whistleblower Directive (EU 2019/1937) has been accounted for within the Group for a number of years now.
Our whistleblower system is set up to deal with possible serious violations of statutory regulations and internal rules. This includes any violations that may seriously impair the (financial) interests of our company or cause serious reputational damage. As part of a fair and transparent procedure, the whistleblower system protects the company, the implicated parties and the whistleblowers.
You have the option of contacting our Compliance Department via a web-based communication platform, exchanging documentation and, if desired, remaining in touch via your own email address. This is confidential and protected. Whistleblowers can decide for themselves if they wish to reveal their identity.
