ECA Responsible Gaming Framework
Casinos Austria was the first company in the world to be certified to the European Casino Association's (ECA) Responsible Gaming Standard. Since then, the company has maintained continuous certification to this standard. The certification confirms that player protection is firmly embedded in our business processes. The audit covers, among other things, staff training, responsible advertising and the information provided to guests.
Casinos Austria has also been audited against the demanding G4 standard for responsible gambling and received top marks. The G4 auditors confirmed that the company meets the highest standards of player protection. This international standard sets out global guidelines on the prevention of gambling addiction, staff training and transparency.
Casinos Austria has a certified compliance management system in accordance with ISO 37301. This international standard sets out requirements for how companies effectively identify and monitor risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
Casinos Austria is ISO 37001 certified and has effective measures in place to prevent, detect and combat corruption across all business areas.
Under ISO 37001, Casinos Austria is committed to clear principles of integrity, training for employees on corruption prevention, as well as internal controls and reporting systems.
