Casinos Austria Generaldirektorin Bettina Glatz-Kremsner

Mag. Bettina Glatz-Kremsner, Director General

Bettina Glatz-Kremsner has been Director General of Casinos Austria AG since 1 May 2019, where since 2010 she had already played a decisive role in shaping the business in her capacity as CFO. She also chairs the Managing Board of Österreichische Lotterien Gesellschaft m.b.H., to which she was first appointed in 2006. Bettina Glatz-Kremsner has had a seat on the Supervisory Board of Casinos Austria International since 2013.

After successfully completing her degree in Commercial Studies at Vienna University of Economics and Business, Bettina Glatz-Kremsner began her career in our Group in 1990. She served as CEO of the Group’s Hungarian subsidiary, Lotto Union, until 1996. She was then appointed Assistant to the Managing Board of Casinos Austria AG and Deputy Head of the Executive Secretariat & Controlling Unit at Austrian Lotteries. From 2000 onwards, she was responsible for synergies in both companies.

Bettina Glatz-Kremsner has and has had a seat on the Supervisory Board of a number of organ­isations, including EVN AG, which she also chairs. She was given a seat on the General Council of the National Bank of Austria in March 2018. Since January 2013, Bettina Glatz-Kremsner has been Honorary Consul for the Republic of Hungary in Vienna and Lower Austria. She was awarded the Grand Medal of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria in April 2015 and the Silver Commander’s Cross Medal of Honour for Services to the Province of Lower Austria in October 2016.

Martin Škopek, Director

Martin Škopek has been a Director of Casinos Austria AG and Österreichische Lotterien Gesellschaft m.b.H. since 1 May 2019.

He has specialised in business to customer (B2C) activities in the banking sector since the start of his career in the 1990s in the Czech Republic. In 1999, he was appointed to the Managing Board of the Erste Bank’s Czech subsidiary, Česká Spořitelna. In 2010, he moved to the Group’s administrative head office in Vienna for 18 months, where he managed the Erste Bank’s entire B2C operations in seven countries, including Austria. He then spent two years at the Romanian Banca Comercială Română in Bucharest and was also responsible for B2C operations there.

In 2014, Martin Škopek joined the Czech KKCG conglomerate. KKCG acquired the remain­ing shares in the Sazka Group in 2018 and has been its sole owner since then. The Sazka Group, in turn, is a shareholder of Casinos Austria AG.
