Your health and that of our employees is top priority for us! Instead of shaking hands, we welcome you all the more warmly with a friendly smile. For you to be able to enjoy the casino feeling to the fullest, our plans include regularly cleaning the gaming tables, slot machines, gaming equipment as well as surfaces that are frequently touched (handrails, door handles, lift buttons, etc.). Dispensers with disinfectant are available throughout the establishment so you can disinfect your hands at any time. If an event is postponed, tickets that have already been purchased remain valid. If an event is cancelled, you can return your tickets to the ticket office where you purchased them.

Unfortunately, we are still unable to offer group bookings (e.g. birthday / company parties, casino parties, hen parties, etc.) in many casinos. Group bookings in our casino restaurants are possible again depending on availability. Our staff in our casinos will be happy to provide you with detailed information.

Visit a Casino

Admission to the casino as well as the casino restaurant is possible on completion of age 18 in accordance with the visiting and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. Official photo identification (passport, personal identification card or driving licence) is required. Check-in takes place at reception on every visit. The piece of identification must be presented on every visit.


If you’re looking for an experience in a one-of-a kind ambience, you also need the outfit. But let's be honest: it doesn't always have to be a cocktail dress or a smoking. That’s because there are numerous ways to achieve an elegant appearance these days.

The important thing is to create a well-groomed impression that lives up to the flair of the casino. After all, every guest contributes to the fascination of the casino – and a certain WOW effect is always in vogue. And if you're looking for a term for our dress code, it's probably smart casual. But a look at the DOs & DON'Ts is certainly more helpful. DOs: Modern, stylish shirts and polos, gilets, blousons, pullovers, nice jeans with a jacket and smart sneakers are welcome. Of course, you should also feel free to wear a shirt, dress, skirt, blazer or suit. Coats and jackets should be left at the checkroom on the ground floor.

DON’Ts: Shorts, flip flops, sandals or open-toed shoes for men, unsightly or dishevelled apparel, jogging trousers and sport shoes, caps and hats. THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS: You are welcome to wear casual wear when you visit our Jackpot Casinos (Baden, Bregenz, Graz, Innsbruck, Vienna), as no dress code applies here. At Casino Velden and Casino Linz you can visit us every day until 6 p.m. also with neat shorts.

In the areas where food and drink are served smoking is completely banned in our casinos since 1 November 2019. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your visit!

Admission to the casino is free of charge. We are pleased to offer you welcome chips at reduced prices. For example, you receive € 30 worth of welcome chips for just € 27! For gambling on our slot machines you get the chips on a card.Welcome chips cannot be exchanged for value chips. In the event of a win at gaming tables, however, they will be exchanged - at the guest's request, directly during the respective payout process - for exchangeable chips (value chips) by our employees.

valid official photo identification document (i.e. passport, driving licence ...) is required for registration. The Gambling Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of an official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gambling operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests.

Casino Kitzbühel accepts Bankomat cards as well as Visa, Master Card and JCB.

Casino Kitzbühel offers its guests free parking. Every evening from 3pm the car park of the primary school right next door to the casino is available to our guests. A phone call suffices: Once you have arrived at the car park, kindly dial +43 05356 62300 15119. Our staff will open the gate for you immediately. Please be advised that the car park has to be vacated by 5am the following morning. Cars that are left beyond this time may be towed at the owner's expense.

Directly next to Casino Kleinwalsertal there is free parking outdoors and in the garage for our guests (17:00 to 07:00).

With the Glücks Card you can park for free in the in-house parking lots P1 and P2. If you don't yet have a Glücks Card, you can get one at reception.

Yes, four e-charging stations are available in car park 1 (P1) directly in front of the building on the right side before the car park exit (P1). You start the charging process with your charging card. The cars are charged with up to 22 kw. Unfortunately, there is no way to charge your electric car at parking lot 2 (P2). If you have any questions, please contact our reception in the casino.

At Casino Bregenz you can pay in cash, with your bank Card or with the following credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB.

To be employed as a croupier at Casinos Austria requires completion of training as a junior croupier/croupière.

The training involves the rules and operation of the game of American Roulette and Black Jack as well as training on internal company and legal matters.

The training lasts nine weeks and takes place in a casino in Austria.

The costs of the training are borne by Casinos Austria. The applicants pay for food and lodging themselves.

The dates of the courses as well as the location are based on the demand in our casinos. As soon as a course is planned, you will find the relevant information on our career pages.

Applicants must have reached the age of majority, demonstrate completion of vocational training and have very good English skills. Every other foreign language is advantageous. A confident, polite demeanour and an impeccable character reference are further requirements to be admitted to the aptitude test. The result of the test as well as a personal interview determine whether you will be admitted to the course of training.

For university interns, Casinos Austria offers various options in technical or commercial areas. We prefer an internship of around 6 months to gain as much insight into the desired area as possible. Internships in our company are advertised like other job advertisements on our career page.


Casinos Austria offers schoolchildren (from the age of 18) and students the opportunity to work as a holiday assistant every year during the summer months (June to September).

Payouts are only possible in the casino. Please consult our employees at the Casinos.

You can terminate your participation in the Glücks Card programme “points & more” at any time, for example by sending an email to service@casinos.at or using the contact form at casinos.at.


Offers may differ based on a number of factors, such as Glücks Card level, point level or contact details.

Offers are limited in time and cannot be extended. With your Glücks Card you will always receive great offers.

You can receive a new Glücks Card at casino reception.

Log in to your My Casino account and change the relevant data in the “My Account” section.

Your Glücks Card is secured with a PIN, thus it can only be used by you when you visit the casino. However, please inform us by email at service@casinos.at so that we can block your card.

This can be numerous reasons for this. It could be that our messages have ended up in your spam folder. Please also check your My Casino account to make sure your contact details are up to date and that you have given permission for us to send you mailings.

You have created an account without entering your Glücks Card number. To see your level or points, you need to link your account to your Glücks Card.

You can check your current point level in your personal My Casino account on our website. You can also find out your score through our regular newsletter mailings.



Lucky points expire two years after purchase on 30 December each year.

The status points determine your Glücks Card level for the following year. You start collecting again each year.

You can collect max. 3,000 lucky points for every day of gaming.

You can collect as many status points as you wish for every day of gaming.


You collect them every time you play our machines using your Glücks Card. You receive 1 status point and 1 lucky point for

  • € 10 bet on the slots (except roulette and poker machines) 
  • € 20 bet on the slots for roulette and poker machines
  • € 20 bet for Easy Roulette and stadium games

The “points & more” bonus programme has three levels. Depending on the level, you receive a different card. You can find out exactly how the levels are determined in FAQ "How is my Glücks Card level determined?".

The status points collected by 31 December determine your Glücks Card level for the following year.

To create your My Casino account with your Glücks Card, the email address you entered on the application form at the casino is used. If you have not entered an email address or the Glücks Card number has expired or is invalid, a My Casino account that is automatically linked cannot be created. Please create an account without entering the Glücks Card number and have the account linked the next time you visit the casino.

Log in to the website and click on the “Activate” button. Enter the casino and present the barcode displayed.
