Player Protection: 
The Casino Austria and Austrian Lotteries Group regularly undergoes extensive certification audits, especially in the areas of Security (data protection as well as information security), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Compliance, Responsible Gaming and Quality Management.
This year, Austrian Standards carried out a full recertification audit from July 4 to September 22 for the areas of Compliance (audited according to ISO 37301/37001), CSR (audited according to ONR 192500) and Responsible Gaming (audited according to the Responsible Gaming Standard of the European Casino Association). The auditors visited and audited the casinos in Graz, Kitzbühel, Linz and Velden as well as the WINWINs in Hallein and Steyr over the summer months for this purpose. The audits continued for three more days at the company’s headquarters with interviews of the employees and the General Director Erwin van Lambaart. These interviews are an important part of the regular recertification and surveillance audits.
A surveillance audit according to the European Lotteries Certification Framework to verify the conformity of Austrian Lotteries’ responsible gaming activities also took place and was successfully completed in September.
In the course of these audits, Casinos Austria and Austrian Lotteries once again demonstrated their implementation of the highest standards in an international comparison.

Casinos Austria has had a certified Quality Management system (ISO 9001:2015) in place since 2011 and, together with Austrian Lotteries and its subsidiary Casinos Austria Sicherheitstechnik GmbH, has been Good Priv@cy-certified for the audit of its data protection management system since 2010. Austrian Lotteries has also implemented an information security management system that is certified according to ISO 27001:2013 as well as WLA-SCS:2020.
