Pink Casino Night: for every guest, Casinos Austria donates two euros to the “Pink Ribbon” campaign

On October 12, the 12 Austrian casinos will be glowing in pink and once again show themselves to be strong partners of Austrian Cancer Aid.

The partnership between Casinos Austria and Austrian Cancer Aid has a long tradition and already includes numerous campaigns. One of the highlights this year, once again, is “Pink Casino Night”, which will be celebrated in all 12 casinos on October 12: for every guest that evening, Casinos Austria will donate two euros to the “Pink Ribbon” campaign. This means that all guests can make a valuable contribution while enjoying an entertaining evening in a distinctive ambience with fascination, fun and excitement with gaming classics as well as new attractions. As if anyone needed even more reasons to enjoy an evening out at the casino!

Erwin van Lambaart, General Director of Casinos Austria: “Health is the most important thing there is. By supporting the “Pink Ribbon” campaign, Casinos Austria is taking on socio-political responsibility and putting its establishments at the service of a good cause in order to draw attention to the importance of prevention and early detection. As a sign of solidarity with breast cancer patients and also to provide financial support for Austrian Cancer Aid’s great projects.”

Ever since Casinos Austria was founded, it has been a matter of course for the company to be committed above all to humanitarian and social causes in and for Austria. Following the “Playsponsible – Practicing Responsibility Together” philosophy, the Austrian Cancer Aid is a long-standing partner. In addition to supporting the “Pink Ribbon” campaign, Casinos Austria provides cancer patients with event tickets for the joint “Happy Moments” initiative and also provides local support in the course of the “Our Commitment to Austria” initiative, for example in Linz, Innsbruck, Zell am See and Seefeld. “Loose Tie”, the Pink Ribbon counterpart that aims to raise awareness of the importance of prostate cancer screening and to remove the taboos surrounding it, is also supported by Casinos Austria.
