DATA PROTECTION SEAL

The data protection seal GoodPriv@cy, issued by SQS, confirms our strict measures in data protection and information security and serves for their continuous documentation and improvement.

Through the GoodPriv@cy 2018 certification, Casinos Austria provides proof of the complete fulfillment of the following requirements:

a formulated, communicated, and implemented data protection policy,
a functioning and documented data protection management system,
compliance with all legal and contractual data protection regulations,
ensuring the necessary information security under data protection law through appropriate organizational, personnel, and technical measures,
methods for effective monitoring and continuous improvement of data protection and data protection-relevant processes.

With the GoodPriv@cy certification, the following is demonstrated:

the secure handling of personal data and compliance with data protection laws and contractual foundations,
a contribution to the continuous improvement of data protection and information security, and
the organization is awarded the GoodPriv@cy data protection quality seal for compliance verification.

GoodPriv@cy represents an internationally valid standard when it comes to compliance and quality assurance in data protection. An annual external audit is mandatory.
