The Pink Casino Night has been a longstanding cornerstone of the partnership between Casinos Austria and the Austrian Cancer Aid Society (Österreichische Krebshilfe). On Monday, 19 October 2026, all twelve Casinos Austria venues will once again join forces in support of this initiative, which this year focuses on the complex life circumstances faced by women affected by breast cancer.
Casinos Austria will donate two euros for every guest attending the event. The funds will be used to support breast cancer awareness, early detection initiatives, and assistance programs for those affected. Employees of the casinos will also wear the Pink Ribbon symbol throughout the evening. Information brochures on breast health and the services provided by the Austrian Cancer Aid Society will be available to guests.
Commenting on the partnership, Casinos Austria CEO Erwin van Lambaart said:

In such situations, people need not only excellent medical care but also reliable information and easily accessible support. The Austrian Cancer Aid Society provides exactly that. Through the Pink Casino Night, we help safeguard these services while also using the reach of our twelve casinos to raise awareness of the importance of prevention and early detection."
A Multifaceted Partnership
The partnership between Casinos Austria and the Austrian Cancer Aid Society extends well beyond Pink Ribbon. On 23 November, the twelve casinos will once again host the Blue Casino Night, which supports the “Loose Tie” campaign and raises awareness of the importance of early detection of prostate cancer.
Since 2023, the joint initiative Happy Moments (Glückliche Augenblicke) has been providing people living with cancer the opportunity to enjoy cultural experiences and take a break from the challenges of their illness. Casinos Austria contributes complimentary tickets to major cultural institutions, including Vienna’s Burgtheater, the Ronacher Theatre, and the Bregenz Festival.
This commitment is also reflected at the local level. Through the nationwide initiative Our Commitment to Austria (Unser Einsatz für Österreich), several casinos support regional cancer aid organizations through sponsorships, Casino-on-Tour activities, and corporate volunteering by local casino teams.
