From the green pitch to the green of the gaming table: it’s the kick-off for the 2023 Casino Cup

Following the brilliant 2022 premiere, Casinos Austria and PULS 4 once again invite Austria’s soccer teams to the casinos to play for tournament points in poker, blackjack and roulette to qualify for the grand TV final. At the end of the year, two exciting TV shows on PULS 4 & Austria’s SuperStreamer Joyn will then determine the 2023 Casino Cup Champion – who can look forward to a soccer festival worth 20,000 euros*.

Once again, “ball-in” is the name of the game for all soccer fans. The Casino Cup is open to everyone over the age of 18 who is passionate about soccer and spends some time on the pitch on a regular basis: this year, hobby teams and groups of friends are eligible in addition to the clubs registered with the ÖFB. To take part, register at puls4.com/casinocup and name the casino of your choice. The casino will then contact you to set up a date.

This year, the aim is once again to get as many points as possible in the three classic casino games of poker, blackjack and roulette – with the help of Lady Luck. Teams compete with a minimum of five team members with a minimum age of 18. Each team can take part twice in the Casino Cup tournament, and the better result will be taken into account. Registration is open from now until October 8, 2023. The exciting, entertaining tournaments in the casinos will take place between August 15 and October 15, 2023. Great prizes are waiting for the top 10 players in the Casino Cup tournaments!

The “Ball-in-Show” will be broadcast on PULS 4 & Joyn in prime time at the end of the year. The team with the highest point score of the casino tournaments will be seeded for the first of the two shows. Another three teams are cast by PULS 4 from the TOP 40 of the casino tournaments. In the TV game shows, the participants will have to solve exciting tasks and will have to make use of their soccer skills as well as their intelligence. They will have celebrity supporters from the entertainment and soccer areas at their side.

The teams that make it to the finals will enjoy fame, glory and an unparalleled experience full of exciting entertainment, but above all a chance to win the attractive grand prize: a soccer festival worth 20,000 euros* that leaves nothing to be desired.

During the premiere in November of 2022, TV viewers watched the Casino Cup final on PULS 4 & Joyn and experienced the innovative gaming entertainment format in which teams faced off in exciting disciplines such as “Football Blackjack” and “Playing Field Memory”. A women’s team, SC St. Veit from Carinthia, triumphed, and earlier this year the Casino Cup was named “Best Marketing Program of the Year” at the European Casino Awards.
