Direktor Wolfgang Haubenwaller

Since October 1, 2011, Casino Salzburg has been under the direction of a Salzburg director for the first time:
Wolfgang Haubenwaller began his career at Casinos Austria in 1990 in the gaming technology area. From 2004 to 2006 he worked intensively as a staff representative for the concerns of the employees of Casino Salzburg. In 2006 he was appointed room manager and in 2008 gaming manager and deputy director at Casino Salzburg.

Klessheim Palace

The magnificent baroque palace on the outskirts of Salzburg was designed by Johann Bernhard Fischer von Erlach, Austria’s greatest baroque architect. He based his design on Versailles and the Palladian style of northern Italy. The castle itself is extremely spacious and the casino occupies a large part of it. The combination of baroque art and modern gaming give the casino an atmosphere of its own.
