DIRECTOR OF CASINO INNSBRUCK & SEEFELD
Born in Landeck, Martin König began his career at Casinos Austria in 2005 at Casino Innsbruck after successfully completing his studies in sports and German. With his appointment as Guest Relations & Organization Manager, Martin König moved to Casino Seefeld on August 1, 2016. Here, he was responsible for the entire guest area and financial management. In December 2018, Martin König became Director of Casino Seefeld, and on January 1, 2023, he was additionally entrusted with the management of Casino Innsbruck.
He pays particular attention to guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the internal organization. By merging the two locations, he sees great potential for synergy effects in the form of even more exciting campaigns, competitions, and promotions, which now await guests at both venues.
In his free time, the friendly Tyrolean can be found on various golf courses and cross-country ski trails.
SENIOR CASINO MANAGER IN THE ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
Born in Vienna and father of two, Kristian Taferner has been working at Casino Innsbruck since 1998.
As Senior Casino Manager in the Administration Department, Kristian Taferner is responsible for the entire guest area, including budget management. Personal contact and guest satisfaction are his top priorities. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, cooking, and hiking in the Tyrolean mountains.
He is supported in his day-to-day operations by floor managers Alexander Fürnholzer and Armin Jehle, as well as floor manager assistants Nadine Schnablegger and Maciej Turkiewicz.
SENIOR CASINO MANAGER IN THE GAMING DIVISION
Viviane Forbrig has been working for Casinos Austria since 2006, during which time she has held a number of positions within the company and gained a wealth of experience.
Her commitment and strong identification with the company are just two of the qualities that set her apart. As Senior Casino Manager, her responsibilities include slot games, financial administration, and recruiting. She finds personal balance in spending time in nature and traveling.
She is supported in her operational duties by floor managers Alexander Fürnholzer and Armin Jehle, as well as floor manager assistants Nadine Schnablegger and Maciej Turkiewicz.
KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Markus Koppelstätter has been working for Casinos Austria since 1995 and has held a wide variety of positions within the company.
He has a broad range of knowledge, but has found his calling in guest relations. In his role as Key Account Manager, he places particular emphasis on appreciative, trusting, and respectful communication with all guests, especially with so-called “high rollers.” The focus is on professional, individual, and personal guest care, as well as the organization and hosting of gaming-related events such as high-class blackjack tournaments.
Markus Koppelstätter's goal is to make every visit a fascinating experience, because for him, the guest is always the center of attention.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
Harald Holzhammer has been working for Casino Innsbruck since 2018 and is responsible for the physical well-being of guests.
He is in charge of food and beverage services and food service administration, which means that his responsibilities include purchasing, implementing and developing the food service concept, product and pricing policy, and staff management. His experience as a restaurateur at home and abroad stands him in good stead here, and he impresses not only with his organizational skills and professional expertise, but also with his service orientation, because personal contact and guest satisfaction are his top priorities.
In his private life, Harald Holzhammer often spends time in the Tyrolean mountains, recharging his batteries and finding inspiration in nature.
MARKETING & EVENT SPECIALIST
Former Austrian ski jumper Elias Tollinger has been working for Casinos Austria since 2022 and is responsible for marketing at Casino Innsbruck & Seefeld, among other things.
During his sporting career, he studied at the University of Innsbruck, specializing in marketing and strategic business management as part of his economics degree. The young Tyrolean is characterized above all by his ambition and determination. In addition, appreciation and authenticity are his top priorities. He works in a solution-oriented manner with the marketing team consisting of Julia Willenshofer, Larissa Blanc-Massit, Romy Markgraf, and Bianca Knuchl to promote the casinos.
There is no talk of Elias Tollinger retiring from sports anytime soon. In his free time, he can usually be found on the golf course, hiking or ski touring in the mountains, or on the volleyball court.
