Alexander Labak was appointed to the management board of Casinos Austria AG on 1 June 2017, where he took over the position of director general from Dr. Karl Stoss. At the same time, he became chairman of the managing board of Österreichische Lotterien GmbH. Prior to joining Casinos Austria and Österreichische Lotterien, Alexander Labak held executive positions at the following international companies: Apollo Global Management LLC, Domestic & General Insurance Plc, HomeCredit B.V., MasterCard International, Deutsche Bank AG, Foundation Health Systems, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products and Henkel. Alexander Labak completed a doctorate in business administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and also earned an MBA from the Wharton School in Philadelphia.

Bettina Glatz-Kremsner has been responsible for the financial agendas on the management board of Casinos Austria AG since 1 January 2010. She has been chief financial officer of Österreichische Lotterien GmbH since September 2006. Bettina Glatz-Kremsner began her career at Österreichische Lotterien in 1990 after studying international business at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. Moreover, since 2013 she has been the honorary consul for the Republic of Hungary in Vienna and Lower Austria and holds numerous other supervisory board positions as well as the office of general council at the Austrian National Bank.

Dietmar Hoscher has been a member of the management board of Casinos Austria AG since 2007. He is responsible for the areas of public and legal affairs, corporate social responsibility and responsible gaming, advertising and sponsoring, and is also chairman of the supervisory board of tipp3. Since 2011, Hoscher has been a member of the board of directors of the European Casino Association (ECA), which represents the interests of licensed casinos in Europe. Since 2018 he has acted as deputy chairman of the board. He is also chairman of the foundation council of ORF, chairman of the board of trustees of the Federal Sports Sponsoring Fund as well as chairman of the advisory committee of the Association for Protecting the Integrity in Sport (Play Fair Code). Dietmar Hoscher began his career at Casinos Austria in 1998 after being employed as an economic policy advisor and member of the National Council.
