01. Are the casinos open?
We are pleased that all our casinos will be reopening on a limited basis beginning on 19.05.2021. Please understand that due to the current regulations, considerable restrictions in the range of services and the number of guests are to be expected. Our casinos in Bregenz and Kleinwalsertal have already been open again since 15.03.2021.
02. Are the casino restaurants open?
Our casino restaurant in Bregenz has been open under restricted operation since 15.03.2021. All other casino restaurants will remain closed for the time being. For this reason, redemptions of restaurant vouchers such as Dinner & Casino are not possible in our restaurants at this time.
03. Do I have to register before visiting the Casino?
No, registration is not required. Please note, however, that we are subject to considerable restrictions on the number of guests in our casinos. For this reason there may be a wait. Thank you for your understanding!
04. Do I have to present a negative antigen or PCR test if I want to visit the casino?
Just as our staff are tested for COVID-19 at regular intervals, it is also mandatory that our guests carry a negative antigen or PCR test. Proof of vaccination, discharge, a medical confirmation or recovery from SARS-CoV-2 or proof of neutralising antibodies may also be provided under the conditions in the regulation as an alternative. Please present this for inspection at reception when you check in.
05. Is contact tracing required for a visit to the casino?
Yes, contact tracing is legally required at the casino so you can be contacted immediately if worse comes to worst. Our employees at casino reception will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.
06. Do I have to wear an FFP2 mask when I visit the casino?
Wearing an FFP2 mask is required during your stay at the casino! Please wear an FFP2 mask when entering the casino. Of course our employees also wear FFP2 masks and change them regularly while on duty.
07. What safety and hygiene measures are there at the Casino?
Your health and that of our employees is top priority for us! Instead of shaking hands, we welcome you all the more warmly with a friendly smile. Please note that we are subject to considerable restrictions on the number of guests in our casinos. Therefore, please keep a safe distance of at least two metres to other persons and observe any distance markings on site. Plexiglass walls have been instlled to ensure additional safety. For you to be able to enjoy the casino feeling to the fullest, our plans include regularly cleaning the gaming tables, slot machines, gaming equipment as well as surfaces that are frequently touched (handrails, door handles, lift buttons, etc.). Dispensers with disinfectant are available throughout the establishment so you can disinfect your hands at any time. Should you or someone in your household feel unwell, we ask you to refrain from visiting. Wearing an FFP2 mask is compulsory during your stay at the casino. Our casinos in Bregenz and Kleinwalsertal currently offer you a limited range of live games. Our poker cash games are currently not on offer.

The restaurants in our casinos run by gastronomy subsidiary Cuisino GesmbH are referred to as Cuisino. These include ten restaurants as well as bars in the relevant casinos in addition to two businesses run solely as bars in Seefeld and in Zell am See.

At what age is admission to the casino allowed?
Admission to the casino as well as the casino restaurant is possible on completion of age 18 in accordance with the visiting and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. Official photo identification (passport, personal identification card or driving licence) is required. Check-in takes place at reception on every visit. The piece of identification must be presented on every visit.

In the areas where food and drink are served smoking is completely banned in our casinos since 1 November 2019.

Is there an admission charge?
Admission to the casino is free of charge. We are pleased to offer you welcome chips at reduced prices. For example, you receive € 30 worth of welcome chips for just € 27! For gambling on our slot machines you get the chips on a card.
Welcome chips cannot be exchanged for value chips. In the event of a win at gaming tables, however, they will be exchanged - at the guest's request, directly during the respective payout process - for exchangeable chips (value chips) by our employees.

What is required for registration?
A valid official photo identification document (i.e. passport, driving licence ...) is required for registration. The Gambling Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of an official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gambling operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests.
