As of February 1, 2023, a new series of chips will be in use in all 12 casinos. The new chips with the euro values ​​5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 500 have a new look and replace our previous series of chips.
Chips from the "old" series can simply be exchanged at the chip cash desk or before playing at our gaming tables.

Your health and that of our employees is top priority for us! For you to be able to enjoy the casino feeling to the fullest, our plans include regularly cleaning the gaming tables, slot machines, gaming equipment as well as surfaces that are frequently touched (handrails, door handles, lift buttons, etc.). Dispensers with disinfectant are available throughout the establishment so you can disinfect your hands at any time. Should you or someone in your household feel unwell, we ask you to refrain from visiting. Thank you for complying with our safety and hygiene measures!

Our hygiene and infection control measures have been audited by TÜV: All 12 casinos received TÜV certification for excellent hygiene and infection control standards.

Our casinos currently offer you a varied range of live games as well as a varied range of slot machines.

If an event is postponed, tickets that have already been purchased remain valid. If an event is cancelled, you can return your tickets to the ticket office where you purchased them.

For group bookings at the casino we offer Fun & Friends Packages. These group packages can be booked from 5 persons. There are 3 combinable gaming packages and drinks & food packages. Group reservations in our casino restaurants are subject to availability. For detailed information, our employees in our casinos are at your disposal. At Casino Bregenz you can pay in cash, with your bank Card or with the following credit Cards: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB.

The opening hours are daily from 0 - 24:00. The parking rate per ½ hour is € 1.80. From May to September 15, the parking rate per 30 minutes is € 2.50.

For casino visitors there is a daily maximum of € 4,- or € 2,- for Glücks Card holders. Tickets are validated at the reception desk in the casino.

You can park your car directly in front of the Casino Salzburg. The parking fee is free of charge.

You can easily reach Casino Salzburg at Klessheim castle by car, train or bus. By car: A1 motorway exit Klessheim. Parking is free of charge directly in front of the Casino Salzburg.

Our shuttle runs every hour from 6:30 p.m. from your desired address* in the city of Salzburg to the casino and from 6:00 p.m. from the casino to the city of Salzburg. We look forward to your inquiry from 11:00 a.m. with your name, mobile phone number, pick-up time and location at: +43 662 854455 18888. Please note that we cannot offer our shuttle service for large groups due to capacity reasons - offer subject to availability**.

*) We would like to inform you that our shuttle is not allowed to enter pedestrian areas. If your desired pick-up address is in a pedestrian zone, we will certainly find another pick-up location near you.

Casino Baden accepts in addition to Bankomat the following credit cards: Diners Club, Master, VISA, JCB.

Yes, four e-charging stations are available in car park 1 (P1) directly in front of the building on the right side before the car park exit (P1). You start the charging process with your charging card. The cars are charged with up to 22 kw. Unfortunately, there is no way to charge your electric car at parking lot 2 (P2). If you have any questions, please contact our reception in the casino.

With the Glücks Card you can park for free in the in-house parking lots P1 and P2. If you don't yet have a Glücks Card, you can get one at reception.

RATE FOR THE CASINO PARKING GARAGE

All users of the casino parking garage can park for € 1 per half hour from 06.00 - 18.00 and from 18.00-06.00 for € 4 per hour.

Rate for casino guests: 11.00 - 18.00 for € 1 per hour, from 18.00 € 2 per hour. Maximum rate per day of gaming: € 6. Parking discount available at reception.

Rate for guests for Congress Center Baden events: 18.00 - 06.00 50% discount on presentation of your event tickets.

You can get to Casino Baden with the Badener Bahn (to the end station Baden Josefsplatz and afterward 5 minutes on foot), with the bus no. 360 from the Wiener Lokalbahnen (directly to the casino) or by car via the A2 or A1

From 2 p.m. you can withdraw your winnings of € 1.000,10 to € 80.000,- at the Casino Salzburg on presentation of the original receipt and an official photo ID.

Casino Kitzbühel accepts Bankomat cards as well as Visa, Master Card and JCB.

Casino Kitzbühel offers its guests free parking. Every evening from 3pm the car park of the primary school right next door to the casino is available to our guests. A phone call suffices: Once you have arrived at the car park, kindly dial +43 05356 62300 15119. Our staff will open the gate for you immediately. Please be advised that the car park has to be vacated by 5am the following morning. Cars that are left beyond this time may be towed at the owner's expense. The parking lot is generally open during the school vacations and is subject to short-term parking zone regulations. It is available to our guests as usual from 6.00 pm.

Directly next to Casino Kleinwalsertal there is free parking outdoors and in the garage for our guests (17:00 to 07:00).

In addition to your bank card we are pleased to accept the following credit cards at Casino Kleinwalsertal: Diners Club, Eurocard, VISA, Mastercard, and JCB.

In cash, with a bank card and credit cards (Visa, Master Card, Diners Club, JCB).

Admission to the casino as well as the casino restaurant is possible on completion of age 18 in accordance with the visiting and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. Official photo identification (passport, personal identification card or driving licence) is required.  ID card copies, e.g. on a smartphone, cannot be accepted. Check-in takes place at reception on every visit. The piece of identification must be presented on every visit.

If you want to enjoy the experience in a unique ambience, you also need the right outfit. Because a suitable appearance has many facets these days. It is important that a well-groomed impression is created that does justice to the casino flair. After all, every guest contributes to the fascination of the casino. And if you're looking for a term for our dress code, it's probably smart casual.

In the summer (until the end of September) you can wear casual clothes when you visit our casinos. You are also welcome to visit us in neat shorts (Bermuda) and summer shoes (please no swimwear or sportswear).

Even though there is currently no dress code, a look at the following list is sure to be helpful:

• Yes please: modern, stylish shirts and polo shirts, gilets, blousons, pullovers, nice jeans with a jacket and well-groomed sneakers are welcome. Of course, we also like shirt, dress, skirt, blazer or suit. Anything that you do not need in the casino, such as jackets, caps, hats, large bags, etc., please leave in the cloakroom.
• No thanks: neglected or unkempt clothing, shorts or flip flops, sports sandals, sporty running shoes, swim- or sportswear and training pants.

In the areas where food and drink are served smoking is completely banned in our casinos since 1 November 2019. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your visit!

Admission to the casino is free of charge. We are pleased to offer you welcome chips at reduced prices. For example, you receive € 30 worth of welcome chips for just € 27! For gambling on our slot machines you get the chips on a card.Welcome chips cannot be exchanged for value chips. In the event of a win at gaming tables, however, they will be exchanged - at the guest's request, directly during the respective payout process - for exchangeable chips (value chips) by our employees.

A valid official photo identification document* is required for registration. The Gaming Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of a valid official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gaming operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests. 

Please note: copies of ID cards (in digital or physical form) cannot be accepted.

Payouts are only possible in the casino. Please consult our employees at the Casinos.

You can terminate your participation in the Glücks Card programme “points & more” at any time, for example by sending an email to service@casinos.at or using the contact form at casinos.at.

Offers may differ based on a number of factors, such as Glücks Card level, point level or contact details.

Offers are limited in time and cannot be extended. With your Glücks Card you will always receive great offers.

You can receive a new Glücks Card at casino reception.

Log in to your My Casino account and change the relevant data in the “My Account” section.

Your Glücks Card is secured with a PIN, thus it can only be used by you when you visit the casino. However, please inform us by email at service@casinos.at so that we can block your card.

This can be numerous reasons for this. It could be that our messages have ended up in your spam folder. Please also check your My Casino account to make sure your contact details are up to date and that you have given permission for us to send you mailings.

Unfortunately, we are unable to resend newsletters that have been deleted.

You have created an account without entering your Glücks Card number. To see your level or points, you need to link your account to your Glücks Card.
 

You can check your current point level in your personal My Casino account on our website. You can also find out your score through our regular newsletter mailings.

Lucky points expire two years after purchase on 30 December each year.

The status points determine your Glücks Card level for the following year. You start collecting again each year.

You can redeem your lucky points in the casino for discounted welcome chips and other offers, such as Dinner & Casino vouchers. A detailed list of rewards can be found at casinos.at. Simply let reception know that you would like to redeem your points.

You can collect max. 3,000 lucky points for every day of gaming.

You can collect as many status points as you wish for every day of gaming.

You collect them every time you play our machines using your Glücks Card. You receive 1 status point and 1 lucky point for

• € 10 bet on the slots (except roulette and poker machines) 
• € 20 bet on the slots for roulette and poker machines
• € 20 bet for Easy Roulette and stadium games

The “points & more” bonus programme has three levels. Depending on the level, you receive a different card. You can find out exactly how the levels are determined in FAQ "How is my Glücks Card level determined?".

The status points collected by 31 December determine your Glücks Card level for the following year.

• Glücks Card RED - up to 2,000 status points 
• Glücks Card GOLD - 2,001 to 20,000 status points 
• Glücks Card PLATINUM - from 20,001 status points

To create your My Casino account with your Glücks Card, the email address you entered on the application form at the casino is used. If you have not entered an email address or the Glücks Card number has expired or is invalid, a My Casino account that is automatically linked cannot be created. Please create an account without entering the Glücks Card number and have the account linked the next time you visit the casino.

Log in to the website and click on the “Activate” button. Enter the casino and present the barcode displayed.

Create a My Casino account on the website and log in. Click on the “Activate” button under the “My account” section. The next time you visit the casino, simply link your account to a Glücks Card by showing the barcode at reception.

We are trying to get back to applicants as soon as possible. It is very important to us to have a transparent application process and give our first feedback between 7-10 days after the application has reached us.

To be employed as a croupier at Casinos Austria requires completion of training as a junior croupier/croupière.

The training involves the rules and operation of the game of American Roulette and Black Jack as well as training on internal company and legal matters.

The training lasts nine weeks and takes place in a casino in Austria.

The costs of the training are borne by Casinos Austria. The applicants pay for food and lodging themselves.

The dates of the courses as well as the location are based on the demand in our casinos. As soon as a course is planned, you will find the relevant information on our career pages.

Applicants must have reached the age of majority, demonstrate completion of vocational training and have very good English skills. Every other foreign language is advantageous. A confident, polite demeanour and an impeccable character reference are further requirements to be admitted to the aptitude test. The result of the test as well as a personal interview determine whether you will be admitted to the course of training.

For university interns, Casinos Austria offers various options in technical or commercial areas. We prefer an internship of around 6 months to gain as much insight into the desired area as possible. Internships in our company are advertised like other job advertisements on our career page.

Casinos Austria offers schoolchildren (from the age of 18) and students the opportunity to work as a holiday assistant every year during the summer months (June to September).

In selected casino operations, we offer internships in the kitchen or in service. In the casino headquarter there is mainly access to business areas of the company.

Holiday workers can get a taste of working life and gain insights into operational practice.

A visit to the casino should be an enjoyable gaming experience in a pleasant setting and an exciting recreational activity. Nearly everyone plays responsibly and within their financial means. Casinos Austria is aware that for some people gaming can be problematic and associated with negative experiences.
