What is the minimum age for entering a Casino, and what form of ID do I need?

Admission to Casinos Austria is permitted from the age of 18.

When checking in at reception, you must present the original of a valid official photo ID. Copies or photos are not accepted, whether digital or physical.

Accepted forms of ID:

Driving licence (as an eID or physical document)
National ID card (physical document only)
Passport (physical document only)
Official service ID (physical document only)
Firearms licence (physical document only)
Proof of identity (physical document only)

Do I have to pay an entrance fee?

Entrance to the casino is generally free. At reception, we are happy to offer you discounted welcome chips in the form of chips or a gaming card (for playing on the slot machines). For example, you can get 30 euros worth of welcome chips for only 27 euros.

How does check-in work at Casinos Austria, and what is Pre-Boarding?
