We are pleased that our casino restaurants in Baden, Bregenz, Graz, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Velden and Vienna are open again. Redemption of gastronomy vouchers such as Dinner & Casino is possible in our casino restaurants.

We are pleased that our casino bars are open. Our employees in our casinos will be happy to provide you with detailed information and our offer.
04. Do I have to register before visiting the Casino?
No, registration is not required.
05. Vaccinated, tested or recovered - Does this rule also apply to a casino visit?
Please note that you must have a negative antigen or PCR test, proof of recovery from Corona or proof of vaccination with you when you visit the casino. Please present this with your official photo ID for inspection at reception when you check in. Due to the 3G proof, it is currently not compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask or face mask while visiting the casino.
Please observe the legal regulation and periods of validity:
- From the day of the second vaccination, which may lie up to a max. of 360 days in the past
- With vaccines for which only one vaccination is planned: from the 22nd day until a max. of 270 days after vaccination
- If there was a positive molecular test for SARS-CoV-2 at least 21 days prior to vaccination or proof of neutralising antibodies prior to vaccination: from the day of vaccination until a max. of 360 days thereafter
- Self-administered antigen test recorded in an official data processing system up to max. 24 hours after taking it (not valid in Vienna)
- Official antigen test up to max. 24 hours after taking it
- Molecular-biological test up to max. 72 hours after taking it (in Vienna up to a max. of 48 hours after taking it)
To ensure that you can be contacted immediately in the event of an incident, contact tracing is required at casino reception when you check in. Our employees at the casino reception will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.

07. Do I have to wear an FFP2 mask when I visit the casino?
It is currently not compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask or face mask when visiting the casino. Of course, you are still welcome to use the FFP2 masks or MNS masks you brought with you.
08. What safety and hygiene measures are there at the Casino?
Your health and that of our employees is top priority for us! Instead of shaking hands, we welcome you all the more warmly with a friendly smile. For you to be able to enjoy the casino feeling to the fullest, our plans include regularly cleaning the gaming tables, slot machines, gaming equipment as well as surfaces that are frequently touched (handrails, door handles, lift buttons, etc.). Dispensers with disinfectant are available throughout the establishment so you can disinfect your hands at any time. Should you or someone in your household feel unwell, we ask you to refrain from visiting. Thank you for complying with our safety and hygiene measures!

10. Is it possible to play poker in the casino?
We are currently offering you poker cash games in many of our casinos. Poker tournaments are held every Tuesday and Thursday at Casino Salzburg. Poker tournaments take place again at Casino Seefeld since September 15th. You can find current information on the poker offer in the casinos here:

12. Are tickets for cancelled events still valid?
If an event is postponed, tickets that have already been purchased remain valid. If an event is cancelled, you can return your tickets to the ticket office where you purchased them.
13. Can I make a group reservation?
Unfortunately, we are still unable to offer group bookings (e.g. birthday / company parties, casino parties, hen parties, etc.) in many casinos. Group bookings in our casino restaurants are possible again depending on availability. Our staff in our casinos will be happy to provide you with detailed information.

The training includes the regulations and the handling of all types of poker and blackjack as well as in-house and legally relevant training.
What requirements are there to be accepted for training?
As an applicant, you must be of legal age, have completed training (Matura or specialist training in tourism is desirable) and have a good command of German and English. Any additional foreign language is an advantage. A service-oriented, polite demeanor and impeccable repute are further requirements for the training. Of course, we assume that you enjoy looking after guests and that you enjoy working in a team.

At what age is admission to the casino allowed?
Admission to the casino as well as the casino restaurant is possible on completion of age 18 in accordance with the visiting and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. Official photo identification (passport, personal identification card or driving licence) is required. Check-in takes place at reception on every visit. The piece of identification must be presented on every visit.
Is smoking permitted in the casinos?
In the areas where food and drink are served smoking is completely banned in our casinos since 1 November 2019.

Is there an admission charge?
Admission to the casino is free of charge. We are pleased to offer you welcome chips at reduced prices. For example, you receive € 30 worth of welcome chips for just € 27! For gambling on our slot machines you get the chips on a card.
Welcome chips cannot be exchanged for value chips. In the event of a win at gaming tables, however, they will be exchanged - at the guest's request, directly during the respective payout process - for exchangeable chips (value chips) by our employees.

What dress code should I pay attention to when visiting the casino?

If you’re looking for an experience in a one-of-a kind ambience, you also need the outfit. But let's be honest: it doesn't always have to be a cocktail dress or a smoking. That’s because there are numerous ways to achieve an elegant appearance these days. The important thing is to create a well-groomed impression that lives up to the flair of the casino. After all, every guest contributes to the fascination of the casino – and a certain WOW effect is always in vogue. And if you're looking for a term for our dress code, it's probably smart casual. But a look at the DOs & DON'Ts is certainly more helpful.
Modern, stylish shirts and polos, gilets, blousons, pullovers, nice jeans with a jacket and smart sneakers are welcome. Of course, you should also feel free to wear a shirt, dress, skirt, blazer or suit. Coats and jackets should be left at the checkroom on the ground floor.
Shorts, flip flops, sandals or open-toed shoes for men, unsightly or dishevelled apparel, jogging trousers and sport shoes, caps and hats.
THERE ARE SOME EXCEPTIONS:
You are welcome to wear casual wear when you visit our Jackpot Casinos (Baden, Bregenz, Graz, Innsbruck, Vienna), as no dress code applies here. At Casino Velden and Casino Linz you can visit us every day until 6 p.m. also with neat shorts.
What is required for registration?
A valid official photo identification document (i.e. passport, driving licence ...) is required for registration. The Gambling Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of an official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino.
