A native of Seefeld, Robert Frießer - a trained electrical engineer and graduate in business administration - has been employed in management at Casinos Austria since 2006. He managed Casinos Seefeld from 2014 to 2018; on 1 March, he took over management of Casino Innsbruck in addition to managing the Seefeld operation. Since mid-December 2018, he has focused exclusively on the Innsbruck location and, with his in-depth technical and business knowledge, brings with him the best prerequisites for the successful further development of Casino Innsbruck.

Stephan Schicht is an enthusiastic team player. He has worked at Casinos Austria since 1985 - until 1992 at Casino Seefeld, then in Innsbruck. As senior casino manager in the gaming business, Stephan Schicht organises the entire gaming area at Casino Innsbruck. It is especially important for him to continually surprise Casino Innsbruck's guests and offer them an optimal gaming experience.
He is supported in day-to-day operations by floor managers Viviane Forbrig, Alexander Fürnholzer and Armin Jehle as well as assistant floor managers Maciej Turkiewicz and Helmut Bischofer.

A native of Vienna and father of two, Kristian Taferner has been working at Casino Innsbruck since 1998. As senior casino manager in administration, Kristian Taferner is responsible for the entire guest area including budget management. Personal contact and the satisfaction of guests are his top priorities. In his free time, he enjoys skiing, cooking and hiking in the Tyrolean mountains.

Michaela Falkner has been employed at Casinos Austria since 2017. After joining the marketing department at Casino Seefeld, she was appointed director of Marketing & Sales at Casino Innsbruck in 2020. Together with her team, the young Tyrolean is highly committed to the professional planning and implementation of local events and Austria-wide promotions. She is also responsible for internal and external communications - both online and offline, which means she oversees the entire advertising presence of Casino Innsbruck. Through her imaginative ideas, she creates one-of-a-kind experiences and special moments for the casino's guests and in doing so has positioned Casino Innsbruck as a sustainable social hub in the heart of the Alps.
Key Account Manager
Markus Koppelstätter has been working for Casinos Austria since 1995 and has already held a wide variety of positions in the company. He has a vast range of expertise, but it is in guest services that he has found his calling. In his work as key account manager, he places particular emphasis on appreciative, trustworthy and respectful communication with all guests, especially the high rollers. The focus is on professional, individual and personal services for the guests as well as organising and hosting gaming events such as first-class blackjack tournaments. Markus Koppelstätter's aim is to make every visit a fascinating experience, because for him the guest is always the focus.

Harald Holzhammer has been working at Casino Innsbruck since 2018 and is responsible for the culinary well-being of our guests. He oversees food & beverage and restaurant administration, which means he is responsible for purchasing goods, implementing and developing the restaurant concept, product and pricing policy and employee management. His experience as a restaurateur at home and abroad serves him more than well here, and he is not only compelling with his organisational talent and professional competence, but also with his service orientation, as personal contact and the satisfaction of guests are his top priority.
In his private life, Harald Holzhammer is often out and about in the Tyrolean mountains, recharging his batteries and finding inspiration in nature.
