Am I allowed to take photos or film in the casino?

Discreet souvenir photos are permitted in many areas, provided they do not disturb other guests or interfere with gameplay. Different rules may apply in sensitive areas (e.g. at tables) and during events. Our team will be happy to provide you with information on site. Please respect personal rights and refrain from using flash photography. Prior approval is required for professional photo and video projects. I have lost something – who should I contact (Lost & Found)?

Please report the loss as soon as possible in person or by telephone at the casino reception. Provide us with a detailed description, the time and your location (e.g. poker table, slot machine area). We will then check our lost property records. Found items are documented and stored in accordance with internal guidelines. In the case of ID cards or cards, we comply with the legal requirements. In the event of postponements, purchased tickets usually remain valid. In the event of cancellations, refunds will be processed by the respective ticket agency. Our establishments adhere to certified hygiene and safety standards. High-traffic areas and play equipment are cleaned regularly. Please use the disinfectant dispensers provided and, as a precaution, stay at home if you have any symptoms of illness. You can easily reach our casinos by car. There are well-connected parking facilities on site. Please take your parking ticket to the casino reception, as discounts may be available depending on the location. Is there a shuttle service to the casino?

Some casinos offer a shuttle service at specific times and within selected areas. The service is subject to capacity and is not intended for larger groups. There may be exceptions on public holidays. Please make your reservation in good time and have your pick-up address and mobile phone number ready. Please note that the shuttle service is not permitted to drive directly into pedestrian zones.

How many welcome chips can I receive at the casino per day?

Regardless of the chosen package, the following applies: welcome chips may only be given to each person per game day up to a maximum value of 30 euros (reduced fee according to the offer). This rule applies throughout Austria and is checked at the reception.

What are the opening hours for the casino, bar and restaurant?

Casino Classic, Jackpot Casino, the slot machine area and the restaurant have different opening hours depending on the location. Please check the current opening hours before your visit. All casinos are open as usual, even on holidays. Only on December 24 will all 12 locations be closed.

What is the minimum age for entering a Casino, and what form of ID do I need?

Admission to Casinos Austria is permitted from the age of 18.

When checking in at reception, you must present the original of a valid official photo ID. Copies or photos are not accepted, whether digital or physical.

What should I wear when visiting a casino?

The dress code at Casinos Austria is smart casual. In other words, smart casual wear that you would also wear when going out. Anything too casual, such as tracksuit bottoms or flip-flops, is out of place in the casino. An evening gown or a suit is not necessary.

Do I have to pay an entrance fee?

Entrance to the casino is generally free. At reception, we are happy to offer you discounted welcome chips in the form of chips or a gaming card (for playing on the slot machines). For example, you can get 30 euros worth of welcome chips for only 27 euros.

Am I permitted to smoke in the casino?

How do I become a member or obtain a Member Card?

Membership of the Members Club is free and very easy to obtain. You can either join directly at the casino when you check in: fill out the application form and you will receive your Member Card immediately. Or you can conveniently register in advance online via our user account on the website. There you can activate your membership, generate an individual barcode during your next visit to the casino and simply show it at reception to receive your Member Card. In both cases, you can enjoy all the benefits immediately.

What are the advantages of the digital Member Card?

The digital Member Card in the wallet gives you the same access to all your benefits – conveniently on your smartphone, so you always have it with you. Your current bonus and level points are automatically displayed in the wallet, so you always have an overview. When checking in at the casino, simply show your digital Member Card. What do I need to do to get the digital Member Card?

To use the digital Member Card, first open a user account and link it to your physical Member Card. The individual steps will be displayed in your account one after the other. Once successfully linked, you can load your digital Member Card into your Apple or Google Wallet. Simply follow the instructions: just click on ‘Get digital Member Card’ and the card will be saved on your smartphone. What should I do if I lose my Member Card?

If you can no longer find your Member Card, please contact us immediately – preferably by email at service@casinos.at or by telephone at the Casinos Austria Service Center. Although your card is protected by a PIN (third parties cannot use it without authorisation), we will block it immediately as a precaution. The next time you visit the casino, we will issue you with a new Member Card free of charge, and your bonus and level points will be transferred. Tip: In the meantime, use your digital Member Card in your wallet to continue enjoying all the benefits. Our team will be happy to help you issue a replacement card.

Subscribing to our newsletter is voluntary and, of course, free of charge – and it's well worth it! You can opt in to receive the newsletter when you register for the Members Club or subscribe to it later in your user account. Why am I not receiving any newsletters?

If you have not received any newsletters from us yet, there could be several reasons for this. Our e-mails may have ended up in your spam folder – please check this first.

It may also be that we do not have your current e-mail address on file or that you have not agreed to receive marketing e-mails.

Unfortunately, we cannot resend newsletters that have already been sent. Each newsletter is sent once on its publication date. However, if you have accidentally deleted an issue, you can usually find the most important information on our website – major events are also announced there. You can also check the next newsletter, as there are often overlaps or reviews. If you have any urgent questions about content, our Service Center will be happy to help.

I have received a limited-time Members Club offer – can I still redeem it after it has expired?

Our special Members Club offers are always tied to a specific validity period and cannot be redeemed after they have expired. If your voucher or offer email states an expiry date, you must redeem it within this period. The offer will automatically expire after this period. Although we understand that sometimes you may miss a promotion, for reasons of fairness we cannot extend expired vouchers. The good news is that as a Club Member, you will regularly receive new attractive offers and promotions – the next opportunity is sure to come along soon. I no longer wish to participate in the bonus programme – what do I need to do?

We are sorry to hear that you no longer wish to participate in the bonus programme and you want to leave the Casinos Austria Members Club. You can terminate your membership at any time by either informing us directly at check-in or sending us a short message – the easiest way is to send an e-mail to service@casinos.at – stating that you wish to leave the bonus programme. Your Member Card and account will then be deactivated. Of course, you can re-register at a later date if you change your mind.

How can I find out my Members Club points balance?

You can view your current Members Club points balance via your online user account, in newsletters or in your wallet. Both your collected bonus points and your level are clearly displayed there.

If you are currently in one of our casinos, please ask at the casino reception: our staff can also inform you about your current points balance. This way, you always know how many points you have already collected.

How do I collect Bonus and Level Points?

It's simple - with your Member Card: every time you play the slot machines at the casino, you automatically collect Bonus Points and Level Points at the same time. All you have to do is insert your Member Card into the machine before playing – all points will be credited in the background. From now on, you can also collect Level Points in live games. How many bonus points can I collect per day?

There is a daily limit of 3,000 Bonus Points per game day. This means that regardless of how much you play, you will be credited with a maximum of 3,000 Bonus Points within a calendar day.

Please note that this limit applies to Bonus Points; different rules apply to Level Points.

How many Level Points can I collect per day?

There is no set daily limit for Level Points on slot machines – so you can collect as many Level Points as you like in a day, depending on your playing activity. In poker, including tournaments and cash games, you can earn a maximum of 100 Level Points per playing day. Please note, however, that there is a separate daily limit of 3,000 points for Bonus Points on slot machines.

When do my Members Club points expire?

Your Bonus Points remain valid for two years. Bonus Points that you collect in a calendar year expire on 31 December of the year after next (i.e. after approximately 24 months). This gives you plenty of time to redeem your collected points. Level Points are used to determine your level and are recounted each year. You will automatically be upgraded to the next level once you exceed the respective number of Level Points. The level is always valid for the current and following calendar year once it has been reached. The calculation period for Level Points runs from 1 January to 31 December of the current year.

How can I redeem my Members Club Bonus Points?

You can easily redeem your Bonus Points at the casino reception desk for great rewards, welcome chips, vouchers or other offers. You can find out which rewards are currently available and how many points are required for each in our rewards overview on the website.

Simply tell us which reward you would like to redeem – the team will deduct your points and hand you your reward.

Important: Redemption is only possible in person at the casino and only for yourself.

What is the difference between Bonus Points and Level Points?

Bonus Points are points that can be redeemed for rewards such as welcome chips, vouchers or other offers. They are collected and can be used accordingly.

Level Points, on the other hand, determine your level (RED, GOLD or PLATINUM). The more Level Points you earn within a calendar year, the higher your level will be, which comes with additional benefits.

What are the different levels of the Members Club?

The Members Club is divided into three levels: RED, GOLD and PLATINUM. Your level depends on the number of Level Points you have collected in the respective calendar year. Up to 2,500 Level Points, you are a RED Member.

A minimum of 2,501 Level Points is required to be classified as a GOLD Member, while the highest level – PLATINUM – is awarded from 25,001 Level Points. The status you achieve is valid for the current and following calendar year. GOLD and PLATINUM members can look forward to additional benefits, including free drinks, snacks and exclusive invitations to special events and promotions.

Why do I receive fewer offers than other Club Members?

It may happen that individual Members receive different offers. This is usually due to different Member profiles. GOLD and PLATINUM Members receive exclusive benefits that RED Members may not (yet) be able to take advantage of.

Make sure your contact details are up to date and that you have agreed to receive offers so that you don't miss out on anything. Overall, we strive to send attractive offers to all Members – but they may vary from person to person.

Why do I need a user account?

Your user account allows you to conveniently manage your membership online: for example, you can view your current bonus and level points, change your contact details or subscribe to the newsletter. You also need an account to use the digital member card on your smartphone. In short, it is the central hub for all services related to the Members Club. Setting up such an account is free of charge and can be done either during registration for the Members Club or at any time via the login area at casinos.at.

How can I change my personal details (e.g. address) in my Members Club user account?

To do this, log in to your user account on our website. Under ‘My account’ or in the profile area, you will find the settings for updating your personal details. There you can edit and save your address, telephone number or e-mail address, for example. If you need assistance or something is not working, our Casinos Austria Service Center will be happy to help you – alternatively, you can also notify reception of any changes during your next visit to the casino, and we will enter them for you.

How do I link my online account to my Member Card?

The best way to do this is during your next visit to the casino: first create an online user account (if you don't already have one) and then start the linking process on site. In your account area, you will generate a barcode that you show at reception – this will link your account to your card. Returns & Cancellation

Can I cancel or revoke my order?

Yes, the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) apply, where legally applicable. The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days. It begins on the day the customer receives the delivery.

It is sufficient to inform us of your withdrawal within the withdrawal period by letter, fax or email. Further details can be found in section 9 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Is there an additional charge when redeeming my “Dinner & Casino Night” voucher?

An additional charge for using only our “Dinner & Casino Night” voucher applies only if the booking is for a single room. For any accompanying guests without a voucher and for any additional nights (beyond the scope of the voucher), the current rate for the respective hotel room will of course apply.

Please note that at certain times, it may not be possible to make “Dinner & Casino Night” bookings at individual hotels.
We therefore recommend checking directly with the hotel or on the hotel’s website before booking to see if there is currently a blackout period or a special exception for “Dinner & Casino Night” bookings.
