Important Information for your casino visit

• All 12 casinos are open daily until 24:00.
• Due to official guidelines, we are subject to considerable restrictions on the number of guests in our casinos and there may be a wait.
• Please wear an FFP2 mask when entering the casino. If you have forgotten your FFP2 mask, you can get a free one from reception. Of course, our employees are also on duty with FFP2 masks and change them regularly.
• Vaccinated, tested or recovered: Just as our staff are tested for COVID-19 at regular intervals, it is mandatory that our guests also carry a negative antigen or PCR test, proof of recovery or proof of vaccination. Please present this with your official photo ID at check-in at reception for inspection. Please note the regulation of our federal government: Only SARS-CoV-2 self-tests that are recorded in an official data processing system and were taken not more than 24 hours before are valid. An official antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 must not be older than 48 hours and a molecular biological test must not be older than 72 hours.
• To ensure that you can be contacted immediately in the event of an incident, contact tracing is required at casino reception when you check in. Our employees at the casino reception will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.

Casino Restaurants

We are pleased that our casino restaurants in Baden, Bregenz, Graz, Innsbruck, Salzburg, Velden and Vienna are open again as part of a restricted operation. Redemption of gastronomy vouchers such as Dinner & Casino is possible in our casino restaurants. However, we would like to point out that there are severe restrictions on the number of guests in our casinos and casino restaurants.

Our commitment to your safety

• Regular training with Covid-19 experts ensures hygiene in all areas and that disinfection processes are handled appropriately.
• The high-quality fresh air systems ensure that ventilation occurs and that there is always fresh air in the room.
• Cleanliness is a top priority. We have increased our cleaning intervals in the casino, and surfaces and contact points in every area are naturally disinfected on a regular basis.
• In general, our venue is fairly spacious and the space available quite considerable in relation to the number of guests. Although the capacity is much larger, please note that we are subject to a restriction in the number of guests, therefore even more space is available than is customary.
• Already at reception, plexiglass serves as protection against airborne droplets. Even when playing the slot machines, Black Jack or poker, you needn’t worry because you are adequately protected by plexiglass walls and can focus on your game.
