1. Are the Casinos and Casino Restaurants open?
We are pleased our casinos in Bregenz and Kleinwalsertal are open again since 15 March 2021 under restricted operation. Our employees in Bregenz and Kleinwalsertal will be delighted to provide you with details about our opening times and our range of services.
All other 10 casinos including the casino restaurants will remain closed until further notice due to the COVID-19 regulations. The closure affects the casinos in Baden, Graz, Innsbruck, Kitzbühel, Linz, Salzburg, Seefeld, Velden, Vienna and Zell am See including the casino restaurants!
Our top priority is the health and safety of our guests as well as our employees.

No, registration is not required. However, please note that we are subject to restrictions on the number of guests in our casinos. For this reason there may be a wait. Thank you for your understanding!

Yes. Just as our employees are tested for COVID-19 at regular intervals, it is mandatory that our guests also carry a negative antigen- or PCR-test with them. Please present this with your official photo identification for control when you check in at reception.

Wearing an FFP2 mask is compulsory during your stay in the casino! Please wear an FFP2 mask when you enter the casino. Of course, our employees are also on duty with FFP2 masks and change them regularly.

Your health and that of our employees are top priority for us! Instead of shaking hands, we greet you even more warmly with a friendly smile. Please note that we are subject to restrictions on the number of guests in our casinos. Therefore, please maintain a safe distance of at least one meter from other people at all times and observe any distance markings on site. Plexiglass walls have been installed to ensure additional safety. For you to be able to enjoy the casino feeling to the fullest, our plans include regularly cleaning the gaming tables, slot machines, gaming equipment as well as surfaces that are frequently touched (handrails, door handles, lift buttons, etc.). Dispensers with disinfectant are available throughout the place so you can disinfect your hands at any time. Should you or someone in your household feel unwell, we ask you to refrain from visiting. Wearing an FFP2 mask is compulsory during your stay at the casino. Thank you for complying with our safety and hygiene measures!

A confident, polite demeanour and an impeccable character reference are further requirements to be admitted to the aptitude test. The result of the test as well as a personal interview determine whether you will be admitted to the course of training.

Are there parking options at Casino Kleinwalsertal?
Directly next to Casino Kleinwalsertal there is free parking outdoors and in the garage for our guests (17:00 to 07:00).
At what age is admission to the casino allowed?
Admission to the casino as well as the casino restaurant is possible on completion of age 18 in accordance with the visiting and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. Official photo identification (passport, personal identification card or driving licence) is required. Check-in takes place at reception on every visit. The piece of identification must be presented on every visit.
Do the casinos have a dress code?

Is smoking permitted in the casinos?
In the areas where food and drink are served smoking is completely banned in our casinos since 1 November 2019.

Is there an admission charge?
Admission to the casino is free of charge. We are pleased to offer you welcome chips at reduced prices. For example, you receive € 30 worth of welcome chips for just € 27! For gambling on our slot machines you get the chips on a card.
Welcome chips cannot be exchanged for value chips. In the event of a win at gaming tables, however, they will be exchanged - at the guest's request, directly during the respective payout process - for exchangeable chips (value chips) by our employees.

What is required for registration?
A valid official photo identification document (i.e. passport, driving licence ...) is required for registration. The Gambling Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of an official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gambling operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests.
