What is the procedure at the casino?
After registering at reception, guests can opt for one of the discounted welcome offers. After that it's off to either the slots area, live gaming area or the lounge/bar. If guests want to participate in a game, cash is exchanged for chips or credit is booked on the "Spielcard" at the cashier's (or one uses the welcome chips that have been purchased).
And then the fun can begin!

Admission to the casino is possible at age 18 and up in accordance with the visiting and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG.
What do I need?
Official photo identification (passport, personal identification or driving license) is required for a visit to the casino.
What does admission cost?
Admission to the casino is generally free of charge; we are pleased to offer you welcome chips for a discount at reception. For example, you receive 30,- Euro worth of welcome chips for just 27,- Euro!

What is the dress code for the casino?
Gentlemen are well dressed with long trousers, shirt or polo shirt (short or long sleeve) as well as closed shoes. If you decide to go for a spontaneous visit, the entry with long trousers, T-shirt (round neck) and jacket is sufficient.
A jacket can be borrowed at the cloakroom for 5,- Euro. Ladies are dressed appropriately in a sporty, elegant outfit.
Nevertheless, we ask you to take into account that the following outfits are not granted entry to the casino: shorts, bathing shoes, hoodies, dirty clothes, work clothes and strikingly torn jeans.
When I am at the casino do I also have to play?
No, not at all! You can also enjoy the extraordinary casino atmosphere, have a delicious drink at the bar or in the lounge, meet friends , savour a snack in the dining area, or watch the gaming activity.
Where do I find what in the building?
Live gaming and the slots area are on the 1st floor, which you reach either by taking the steps or the lift at the rear entrance. Exquisite dining can be enjoyed in the casino restaurant on the ground floor you can enjoy at selected events a late hour the evening can be capped off in the Club Jolly.

How high is the minimum bet?
In roulette the ball rolls for a bet as low as 2,50 Euro.
On the slots playing starts at 1 cent.
In black jack and easy hold'em poker the minimum bet is 5,- Euro.
In party black jack/party roulette you can play for a bet as low as 2,50 Euro.
What is the cagnotte?
The tip!
If you win a prize, it is customary to thank the croupier with a tip. Example: if a guest places a chip on a whole number (plein), it is customary to give the croupier a chip from the prize (35 chips). At the classic gaming tables and in the slots area there are cagnotte boxes for payments to the employees, by means of which the guest expresses gratitude for the slot machine service.
Can I play if I don't know the rules?
No problem!
If requested, every employee will be pleased to explain how much you win if you bet on two numbers next to one another ("cheval"), how you determine your own personal chip value in American Roulette, or why an "ace" and "ten" beat everything in black jack. Or have someone explain how you play on one of our slot machines.
Who do I ask if I have questions about gaming?
