Chef Radinka Marjanovic
From a desk to award-winning cuisine
Known as "Dina", Radinka was born in Kragujevac (Serbia) in 1974. She spent her childhood there and completed her education as a accounting. In 2002 she took a major step and came to Kleinwalsertal at the recommendation of a friend.
In doing so she achieved her first milestone and began to work in the kitchen of Casino Kleinwalsertal. The beginning was fairly tough because she only knew one word in German - "Danke", which means "thank you". But her will was formidable, and she learned fast. In summer 2003 Dina had already managed the kitchen for one month. In the course of the year Dina had the chance to learn from three different chefs. In 2010 the kitchen team won a Gault Millau toque for the first time for its cooking.
The second milestone came in 2012, for the chance for Dina came to take over management of the kitchen at Casino Kleinwalsertal. Because Dina does not shy away from challenges, she accepted. In her time as executive chef, she and her team have already managed to win a Gault Millau toque four times for their cooking.
