What are the new tier levels starting in 2026?

Beginning January 1, 2026, the following tier structure applies:

Member Card RED – up to 2,500 Level Points
Member Card GOLD – 2,501 to 25,000 Level Points
Member Card PLATINUM – from 25,001 Level Points and above

How is the level of my Member Card determined in 2025? 

The level of your Member Card for the following year is determined by the Level Points collected by December, 31, 2025. 

Member Card RED - up to 2,000 Level Points
Member Card GOLD - 2,001 to 20,000 Level Points
Member Card PLATINUM - from 20,001 Level Points

How is my Member Card level determined in 2026?

All Level Points collected until December 31, 2025 will be evaluated based on the current tier system. If you reach the required point threshold for your level by December 31, 2025, your status will remain valid throughout 2026. Starting January 1, 2026, the new tier requirements apply, and you will need to meet them to maintain your status for 2027.

Example GOLD:
If you have 2,050 Level Points by December 31, 2025, you will remain a GOLD Member in 2026. However, starting January 1, 2026, you will need at least 2,501 Level Points to remain GOLD in 2027.

What do I need to consider regarding the updated Members Club terms of participation?

If you agree to the updated terms, you don’t need to take any action—the new conditions will automatically apply, and you’ll benefit from all new offers. If you do not agree, you may object in writing within 28 days, but no later than December 31, 2025, via email to service@casinos.at or by post.

How do I get my Member Card?

Create a Member Card account on the website and log in. Click on the “Start activation” button in the “My Account” section. The next time you visit the casino, you can simply link your account to a Member Card by showing the QR code at the reception counter. Alternatively, you can also fill out an application form at the casino reception counter.
