What are the advantages of the digital member card?

With the digital member card, you always have it at your fingertips, can check in faster and more conveniently, and always have your current bonus and level points at a glance. You can also benefit from push notifications: you'll receive exclusive offers and relevant information in your area directly on your smartphone, so you'll never miss out on any promotions again.

What do I need to do to get the digital member card?

To use the wallet function, you must be a club member with a linked user account. Once you are logged in, you can easily add your digital member card to your wallet:

Go to “My Member Card” or “My Account” and tap the “Add to Wallet” button or scan the QR code displayed with your smartphone.

Tip: During the process of adding your card to your wallet, you have the option to enable personalized push notifications, ensuring you receive exclusive offers and relevant local information directly on your device.

Which wallet can I load my member card onto?

How do I collect points?

With the Member Card, you collect points every time you play on one of our machines. 1 Bonus Point = 1 Level Point. You will receive one Point for each of the following:

€ 10 stake at the slot machine (except for the roulette and poker machines)
€ 20 stake on the roulette and poker machines
€ 20 stake on easy roulette and stadium games

Why can’t I create a Members Club account with my Member Card?

The e-mail address you provided on the application form in the casino will be used to create your account with the Member Card. If you have provided a different e-mail address or the Member Card number has expired or is invalid, no automatically linked Members Club account can be created. Please create an account without entering your membership card number and link the account the next time you visit the casino.

How do I link my Member Card?

How do I get my Member Card?

Create a Member Card account on the website and log in. Click on the “Start activation” button in the “My Account” section. The next time you visit the casino, you can simply link your account to a Member Card by showing the QR code at the reception counter. Alternatively, you can also fill out an application form at the casino reception counter.

Why am I not receiving any newsletters?

Are there new chips at casinos? What happens to the "old" chips?

As of February 1, 2023, a new series of chips will be in use in all 12 casinos. The new chips with the euro values 5, 10, 20, 50, 100 and 500 have a new look and replace our previous series of chips.
Chips from the "old" series can simply be exchanged at the chip cash desk or before playing at our gaming tables.
Our employees in the casino are always available to answer any questions.

For group bookings at the casino we offer Fun & Friends Packages. These group packages can be booked from 5 persons. There are 3 combinable gaming packages and drinks & food packages. Group reservations in our casino restaurants are subject to availability. For detailed information, our employees in our casinos are at your disposal. At what age is admission to the casino allowed?

Admission to the casino as well as the casino restaurant is possible on completion of age 18 in accordance with the visiting and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. Valid official photo identification (passport, personal identification card or driving licence) is required. ID card copies, e.g. on a smartphone, can not be accepted. Check-in takes place at reception on every visit. The ID card must be presented on every visit.

What dress-code should I pay attention to when visiting the casino?

If you want to enjoy the experience in a unique ambience, you also need the right outfit. Because a suitable appearance has many facets these days. It is important that a well-groomed impression is created that does justice to the casino flair. After all, every guest contributes to the fascination of the casino. And if you're looking for a term for our dress code, it's probably smart casual.

What is smart casual? A look at the following list is sure to be helpful:

Yes please: modern, stylish shirts and polo shirts, gilets, blousons, pullovers, nice jeans with a jacket and well-groomed sneakers are welcome. Of course, we also like shirt, dress, skirt, blazer or suit. Anything that you do not need in the casino, such as jackets, caps, hats, large bags, etc., please leave in the cloakroom.
No thanks: neglected or unkempt clothing, shorts or flip flops, sports sandals, sporty running shoes, swim- or sportswear and training pants.

Is smoking permitted in the casinos?

Is there an admission charge?

Admission to the casino is free of charge. We are pleased to offer you welcome chips at reduced prices. For example, you receive € 30 worth of welcome chips for just € 27! For gambling on our slot machines you get the chips on a card.Welcome chips cannot be exchanged for value chips. In the event of a win at gaming tables, however, they will be exchanged - at the guest's request, directly during the respective payout process - for exchangeable chips (value chips) by our employees.

What is required for registration?

A valid official photo identification document* is required for registration. The Gaming Statute commits us to identifying guests by means of a valid official type of photo ID prior to allowing them admission to the casino. The security of our gaming operations is of utmost importance to us, and we believe that we are therefore also acting in the interest of our guests.

Please note: copies of ID cards (in digital or physical form) can not be accepted.

What requirements are there to be accepted for training?

Applicants must have reached the age of majority, demonstrate completion of vocational training and have very good English skills. Every other foreign language is advantageous. A confident, polite demeanour and an impeccable character reference are further requirements to be admitted to the aptitude test. The result of the test as well as a personal interview determine whether you will be admitted to the course of training.

Can I complete a (summer) internship or a university of applied science internship at Casinos Austria?

For university interns, Casinos Austria offers various options in technical or commercial areas. We prefer an internship of around 6 months to gain as much insight into the desired area as possible. Internships in our company are advertised like other job advertisements on our career page.

Casinos Austria offers schoolchildren (from the age of 18) and students the opportunity to work as a holiday assistant every year during the summer months (June to September).

In selected casino operations, we offer internships in the kitchen or in service. In the casino headquarter there is mainly access to business areas of the company.

Holiday workers can get a taste of working life and gain insights into operational practice.

The restaurants in our casinos run by gastronomy subsidiary Cuisino GesmbH are referred to as Cuisino. Cuisino is a wordmark successfully linking cuisine – French cuisine – and the casino.
