At the casino

I have lost something – who should I contact (Lost & Found)?

Please report the loss as soon as possible in person or by telephone at the casino reception. Provide us with a detailed description, the time and your location (e.g. poker table, slot machine area). We will then check our lost property records. Found items are documented and stored in accordance with internal guidelines. In the case of ID cards or cards, we comply with the legal requirements. You will find the contact details for all 12 casinos on the casino overview website.

Are there any special promotions or events at the venue?

In addition to regular gaming, we regularly offer specials, tournaments, promotions, events and themed evenings. The dates and content vary and are published online in the poker or event calendar. It is worth booking early if places are limited. Keep an eye out for notices on site and on the website.

Points & Status

How many Level Points can I collect per day?

There is no set daily limit for Level Points on slot machines – so you can collect as many Level Points as you like in a day, depending on your playing activity. In poker, including tournaments and cash games, you can earn a maximum of 100 Level Points per playing day. Please note, however, that there is a separate daily limit of 3,000 points for Bonus Points on slot machines.

The Fun & Friends Table Package offers you a private gaming table (Roulette, Black Jack, or Poker) with player instruction, Fun & Friends Zone reserves a lounge or bar area, and there are € 30 welcome chips per person. The All‑In‑One Package combines both – in addition, there is a bottle of sparkling wine per group. This way, depending on the occasion, you have the right mix of gaming and time together.
