Admission & Dresscode

What is the minimum age for admission, and do I need ID?

Admission is permitted from the age of 18. Valid official photo ID is required for check-in. We cannot accept copies or photos (digital/physical). Please have your original ID ready. Check-in only takes a few minutes and increases the safety of all guests.

The following photo IDs (both physically or as an “eAusweis” e-ID card) can be used as proof of identity:

Driver's License (both physically or as an “eAusweis” e-ID card)
Identity Card (physically)
Passport (physically)
Official ID Card (physically)

Do I have to pay an entrance fee?

Entrance to the casino is generally free. At reception, we are happy to offer you discounted welcome chips in the form of chips or a gaming card (for playing on the slot machines). For example, you can get 30 euros worth of welcome chips for only 27 euros.

How does check-in work and what is ‘pre-boarding’?

Check-in takes place at reception with ID verification and a brief data collection process. This only takes a few minutes. For planned visits within the next few days, you can prepare online via ‘pre-boarding’ to speed up the process on site. At the Casino, we take a photo for clear identification. Your data will be processed in accordance with legal requirements. Further details on the process can be found on the information page.
