The duration of data storage is based on your booking data, your scope of consent and furthermore on our legal obligation of record retention and other regulations. We would like to stress our genuine intent to cater to your needs and expectations to the best of our abilities and hence would like to know and process your personal preferences to ensure your continued satisfaction with our services.
We will not transfer your personal data to any country outside the European Economic Area.
If we are required to transfer your data to a processor outside the European Economic Area for some reason, the transmission will only be carried out if the EU commission attests an adequate level of data protection or if other appropriate data protection measures (e.g. binding intra-corporate data protection standards or EU standard contractual terms) are implemented.
