As the responsible entity within the framework of the GDPR, Cuisino Ges.m.b.H., Rennweg 44, 1038 Vienna (hereinafter “Cuisino”) processes your personal data in the context of your booking as follows:
- Basic information (e.g. name, date of birth, contact data, language, license plate)
- ID card(s) (e.g. passport number, passport data, date of birth, issuing agency, expiring date, nationality)
- Payment information (e.g. payment method and further information relevant to the payment with EC-cards, credit and debit cards)
- Booking/reservation information (e.g. booking dates, terms and conditions)
- Further information about your stay (e.g. other destinations connected to your stay, contact persons, terms and conditions, special services, allergies, arrival information, personal preferences that you provide us with)
Data processing is carried out for the following purposes and legal basis:
- Fulfillment of the lodging contract (art. 6 para. 1 lit b GDPR)
- Personalized messages and telephone calls (e.g. e-mail, SMS message, push notification, web-push, notifications via messenger or other technologies) about promotions, offers and surveys on the basis of the conceded data processing (art. 6 para. 1 lit a GDPR)
- Fulfillment of legal obligations, e.g. in regard to tax and fiscal laws (art. 6 para. 1 c GDPR)
- Statistical evaluation for the purpose of evaluating and improving our offer on the basis of the legitimate interest subject to art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR in the advancement and optimization of our service offerings. This analysis is not aimed at personal data.
- In individual cases: the enforcement of and the defense against legal claims in court or in obedience to the authorities (art. 6 para. 1 lit f GDPR)
Duration of processing
The duration of data storage is based on your booking data, your scope of consent and furthermore on our legal obligation of record retention and other regulations. We would like to stress our genuine intent to cater to your needs and expectations to the best of our abilities and hence would like to know and process your personal preferences to ensure your continued satisfaction with our services.
Will your data be transmitted to a third party country?
We will not transfer your personal data to any country outside the European Economic Area.
If we are required to transfer your data to a processor outside the European Economic Area for some reason, the transmission will only be carried out if the EU commission attests an adequate level of data protection or if other appropriate data protection measures (e.g. binding intra-corporate data protection standards or EU standard contractual terms) are implemented.
Are you obligated to provide us with your personal data?
You need to fully disclose to us personal data relating to your stay, that is required in order to process your booking and which we are legally obligated to collect from you.
Profiling
We do not deploy profiling or any automated decision tools.
Rights in the context of personal data processing
You may claim your rights of access, amendment or erasure of data, limitation of processing, transferability, objection as well as revocation of your already submitted consent via e-mail to datenschutz@cal.at or via mail to Cuisino Ges.m.b.H., Rennweg 44, 1038 Wien. In case of e-mails, you may withdraw your consent by following the relevant link in any e-mail (link “abmelden/unsubscribe“). Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the legitimacy of the processing of your personal data based on your consent before the withdrawal.
