PAULINA IZABELA GAJDA, BA MA
Paulina Gajda has been the new head of the Guest Relations and Organisation Team at Casino Linz since 1 November 2019. She began her professional career in the service sector at a very young age. In order to finance her studies, she worked part-time at the Burgtheater, Starbucks and in the upscale tourism industry.
After completing her studies in political science in Vienna and political education in Linz, she worked as a project and sales manager in a Linz agency. The main focus in this position was to increase customer and guest satisfaction of renowned companies from various industries such as hotel and gastronomy, services, gaming, retail and automotive.
She was recently manager of two well-known shopping centres in Linz. One of them is Upper Austria's biggest shopping centre.
Ms Gajda is characterised by a customer-friendly, detailed, highly quality-conscious, modern yet cordial style.
As a balance to her work in the casino, Ms Gajda likes to read books, go to the theatre and the opera, cook for her loved ones and be on the move - whether in the gym or in the beautiful outdoors. Travelling inspires her to explore new things in order to develop new horizons.
