HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
How can I collect and redeem Lucky Points?
The Glücks Card is your PIN-secured game card with which you can play at the slot machines and collect lucky points. You can exchange the lucky points in the casino for reduced welcome chips and other attractive prizes such as dinner & casino vouchers ...
Lucky points are valid for at least 24 months (two years) from their acquisition. Once a year (as of December 30th), all lucky points that are older than two years automatically expire without any entitlement to a replacement.
A maximum of 3,000 lucky points can be earned per game day and participant. On special promotion days, lucky points earned can be multiplied by a profit factor, e.g. on our double days. Lucky points can be redeemed from the next game day.

THIS IS HOW I GET MY GLÜCKS CARD
Register on the website, log in. Under the heading “My Account” click on the “Start Activation” button and link your My Casino account at the casino reception by showing the barcode.
Application forms are available in all the establishments of Casinos Austria. Alternatively, complete the application and bring it with you on your next visit! Simply complete and print out the PDF form, hand it in at the reception, and you'll be given your very own Glücks Card. Our staff will be delighted to answer any questions.
