GOLD Members will receive a GOLD promotion chip on GOLD Members Day, RED Members will receive a RED promotion chip on RED Members Day. The promotion chip can only be used within the scope of the present promotion at the roulette table and is not transferable.
Visitors with a promotion chip can place this promotion chip on a number in roulette on the day of the promotion and in the above-mentioned casinos. If the roulette ball lands on the chosen number in the next game, the guest receives the prize mentioned above.
Eligibility for the prize draw requires membership in the Casinos Austria Members Club, as well as GOLD or RED status on the day of the event. Admission to the casino is restricted to individuals 18 years of age or older, in accordance with the applicable visitor and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
In the event their name is drawn, participants expressly agree that their first name and surname may be announced in the casino hall.
Employees of Casinos Austria AG and Cuisino GmbH, as well as any associates involved in the promotion, are not eligible to participate. The casino management makes the final decision regarding all aspects of the prize draw, in particular with regard to eligibility to participate, the validity of the entry cards and the prize draw procedure. Recourse to courts of law is excluded.
Casinos Austria AG reserves the right to discontinue or terminate the promotion within the promotion period without stating reasons or to exclude participants from the game, in particular in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions of participation.
We would like to point out that legal or official regulations to prevent the spread of diseases (e.g. COVID-19, etc.) may come into force during the promotion period, which may completely prohibit the promotion from taking place during the promotion period, make participation unreasonably difficult for casino visitors or make adjustments or postponements necessary. Should Casinos Austria AG be prevented from carrying out the promotion due to force majeure, these terms and conditions of participation will be unilaterally adapted. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the impossibility of implementing the promotion due to legal or official orders or exceptional natural events such as epidemics or pandemics (e.g. COVID-19).
Should any provision or part of a provision of the terms and conditions of participation be found to be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and the terms and conditions of participation. Austrian law governs exclusively with respect to the implementation of the promotion, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and Austrian conflict of law rules.
The liability of Casinos Austria AG and its executive bodies, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the promotion, regardless of the legal basis thereof, is limited to cases of intentional acts or omissions and gross negligence, with the exception of personal injury. Casinos Austria AG accepts no liability for lost chances of winning.
Casinos Austria AG processes the following personal data solely in line with all applicable national and European data protection regulations. Casinos Austria AG processes the personal data of participants as described in the sections “Modalities” and “Eligibility” above for the purpose of implementing and processing this promotion and ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of participation. This includes, in particular, the contact details required to notify the winner and, in individual cases, additional information such as information on the issuing of entry cards, visits to the casino and membership of the Casinos Austria Members Club, to the extent this is required for operating the prize game in accordance with these terms and conditions of participation as described above. The processing of personal data is based on Art. 6 (1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract).
Personal data is processed for as long as is absolutely necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is required. Any further storage may result from legal obligations or any pending administrative or judicial proceedings.
