Among all poker cash game players and participants in poker tournaments on the above-mentioned promotion days, a total of 2 × 1 ticket for CAPT Million 2026, each valued at €550, will be raffled off after the conclusion of Members Days 2026.
The drawing will be conducted by the headquarters of Casinos Austria AG and is not open to the public. Winners will be notified exclusively in writing via email.
Eligible to participate are members of the Casinos Austria Members Club who, on their designated Members Day on the dates specified above, participate in a poker cash game or poker tournament and have a valid email address registered. Entry to the casino is permitted from the age of 18, subject to the applicable visitor and gaming regulations of Casinos Austria AG. A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
Employees of Casinos Austria AG and Cuisino GmbH, as well as any partners involved in the promotion, are not eligible to participate. The Casino Management shall make the final decision regarding all aspects of the draw, including, but not limited to, eligibility to participate, the validity of entry cards, and the conduct of the draw. Legal recourse is excluded.
Casinos Austria AG reserves the right, without stating reasons, to suspend or terminate the promotion during the promotional period, or to exclude participants from participation, particularly in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions.
Please note that during the promotional period, legal or regulatory measures aimed at preventing the spread of diseases (e.g., COVID-19 or similar) may come into force, which could entirely prohibit the promotion from taking place, make participation unreasonably difficult for casino visitors, or require modifications or postponements. Should Casinos Austria AG be prevented from conducting the promotion due to force majeure, these Terms and Conditions may be amended unilaterally. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the impossibility of carrying out the promotion due to legal or regulatory orders or extraordinary natural events such as epidemics or pandemics (e.g., COVID-19).
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions, or any part thereof, be deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and these Terms and Conditions as a whole. The promotion shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) and any conflict-of-law provisions.
The liability of Casinos Austria AG and its organs, employees, and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the promotion, regardless of any legal basis, is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, except in cases of personal injury. Casinos Austria AG accepts no liability for any lost chances to win.
Casinos Austria AG processes the following personal data only within the scope of all applicable national and European data protection regulations.
Casinos Austria AG will process the personal data of participants resulting from the points described above under “PROMOTION MODE” and “ELIGIBILITY” for the purpose of executing and processing this promotion and ensuring compliance with the Conditions of Participation. This includes, in particular, the contact details required for a prize win notification and, in individual cases, additional information including information about the issuance of participation tickets, visits to the casino, and membership in the Casinos Austria Members Club, to the extent that this is essential for the implementation of the draw in accordance with these Conditions of Participation and as described above. The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR (Performance of a Contract).
Personal data will be processed for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve any purposes for which they are required. Retention of data may be required beyond this period due to legal obligations or, where applicable, pending administrative or legal proceedings.
