1. PROMOTION MODE
After registering at the casino reception desk, PLATINUM members playing on participating slot machines at the above-mentioned casinos have the chance to win 2 of 100 Dine & Play Experience Editions throughout Austria during the above-mentioned promotional period. If a “Mystery Jackpot” is triggered randomly on the slot machine during play, regardless of the respective game result, this will appear on the slot machine. A casino employee will then come and hand over the Experience Editions.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To articipate, you must be a member of the Casinos Austria Members Club and have PLATINUM level membership on the day of PLATINUM Members Day. Casinos Austria AG’s visiting and gaming regulations only allow for admission to the casino from the age of 18, and official photo ID is required for admission.
Any visitors to the aforementioned casinos accept the Conditions of Participation for the promotion displayed in the casino.
In the event of a win, participants expressly agree that their first and last names may be announced via the casino’s PA system.
Any employees of Casinos Austria AG and Cuisino GmbH, as well as any partners involved in the promotion, are not eligible to participate in this promotion. The casino management has the final word regarding all aspects of the prize draw, in particular with regard to eligibility, validity of participation tickets, and the conduct of the prize draw. Any recourse to legal action is excluded.
Casinos Austria AG reserves the right to suspend or terminate the promotion during the promotional period without specifying any reason, or to exclude participants from participation, in particular when the Conditions of Participation are violated.
We would like to point out that, during the promotional period, legal or official regulations may come into force to prevent the spread of diseases (e.g., COVID, etc.) that may completely prevent the promotion from taking place during the promotional period, make it unreasonably difficult to visit the casino, or require adjustments or postponements. In case Casinos Austria AG is unable to carry out the promotion due to force majeure, these conditions of participation will be amended unilaterally. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, the impossibility of executing the promotion due to legal or official orders or extraordinary natural events, including epidemics or pandemics (e.g., COVID).
Should any provision of the Conditions of Participation be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions and the Conditions of Participation as a whole. Only Austrian law applies to the execution of the promotion, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and all principles on conflicts of law in international contracts.
3. LIABILITY
The liability of Casinos Austria AG and its organs, employees, and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the promotion, regardless of any legal basis, is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence, except in cases of personal injury. Casinos Austria AG accepts no liability for any lost chances to win.

Casinos Austria AG processes the following personal data only within the scope of all applicable national and European data protection regulations.
Casinos Austria AG will process the personal data of participants resulting from the points described above under “PROMOTION MODE” and “ELIGIBILITY” for the purpose of executing and processing this promotion and ensuring compliance with the Conditions of Participation. This includes, in particular, the contact details required for a prize win notification and, in individual cases, additional information including information about the issuance of participation tickets, visits to the casino, and membership in the Casinos Austria Members Club, to the extent that this is essential for the implementation of the draw in accordance with these Conditions of Participation and as described above. The processing of personal data takes place in compliance with Art. 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR (Performance of a Contract).
Personal data will be processed for as long as is strictly necessary to achieve any purposes for which they are required. Retention of data may be required beyond this period due to legal obligations or, where applicable, pending administrative or legal proceedings.
