For this, we not only use our own cookies (first-party cookies), but also the professional services of third-party providers who use cookies on our websites (third-party cookies). You can find out which third party providers these are and what exactly they do under the section on third-party providers.
We divide cookies into three categories: necessary cookies, analytical cookies and marketing cookies. You can find a more detailed description and explanation of these categories and the data processing associated with them under the item Description of categories.
An overview of the cookies used (first- and third-party cookies) and how long they are stored can be found under Overview of cookies.
You can generally prevent or terminate the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software settings accordingly. However, this may mean that not all functions of our websites can be used to their full extent.
When you visit our websites, the cookie banner shown will provide you with information on the use and application of cookies. In this cookie banner you can determine which cookies you consent to. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time here. Google Analytics is used on the websites of our corporate group. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited ("Google"). Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of your use of the websites. The information generated by cookies (such as data on pages from which a person came, sub-pages visited, length of stay) about your use of our websites is generally transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there for a period of 14 or 26 months. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on our websites, Google will truncate the IP address of website visitors in member states of the European Union or other contracting states to the European Economic Area Agreement. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server located in the USA and truncated there. As a processor, Google uses this information to analyse your usage of the websites, to compile reports about website activity and to provide other services related to website usage and internet usage on our behalf. The EU-US Privacy Shield is the basis for the transmission of this information. If you have a Google Account and have activated personalised advertising, the analysis of the use of your use of the websites may be carried out across devices using the additional "Google Signals" function, i.e. the analytical data is based on users and individual sessions. In this context, however, we only receive statistical data and reports that do not allow any inferences to be drawn about the identity of individual users.
Apart from the configuration options via our websites or our cookie banner, you can prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the websites (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. For the sole purpose of preventing the analysis of the use of websites for Google signals, Google account owners can deactivate the item "Personalised Advertising" under "Advertising Settings".
The websites of Österreichische Lotterien (www.lotterien.at, www.partner.lotterien.at, www.studio44.at) and the website of Glücks- und Unterhaltungsspiel Betriebsges.m.b.H. (www.winwin.at) use Matomo, an open-source software for the statistical evaluation of visitor numbers. Matomo uses cookies, which help the website analyse how you use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by a server, which we operate ourselves. The evaluations Matomo produces are used to compile reports on website activity.
The websites of Casinos Austria (www.casinos.at, shop.casinos.at, firmen-feiern.at) use cookies for creating non-personalised statistics. On the Casinos Austria websites, ECONDA.de, a web analytics service from the provider Econda GmbH, Zimmerstrasse 6, 76137 Karlsruhe, collects and stores data (e.g. date and time of your use, hardware, software and browser type, your computer's operating system, language settings and information about clicks as well as statistics on the pages you access) from which usage profiles can be created through the use of pseudonyms. These usage profiles are used to analyse visitor behaviour and are evaluated to improve and tailor our services. Cookies may be used for this purpose. The anonymised usage profiles are not merged with other personal data relating to the individual behind the pseudonym without the specific, express consent of the data subject.
The websites of Casinos Austria (www.casinos.at, shop.casinos.at, firmen-feiern.at) use Siteimprove Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Siteimprove. Siteimprove Analytics uses “cookies” in order to help Casinos Austria analyse how visitors use the website. The information (e.g. date and time of your use, hardware, software and browser type, your computer's operating system, language settings and information about clicks as well as statistics on the pages you access) generated by the cookies regarding the visitors’ website usage is stored and processed by Siteimprove on servers in Denmark. IP addresses are completely anonymised before the data collected can be viewed by Casinos Austria via the Siteimprove suite. Reversal of the anonymisation of IP addresses and allocation of IP addresses to the data collected is not possible.
Casinos Austria uses this information to evaluate the behaviour of visitors to its website, to create reports about this and, finally, to improve the website experience for visitors. Siteimprove does not share this information with third parties or use it for marketing or advertising purposes of any kind.
The win2day website (www.win2day.at) uses acoustic analytics from IBM. This is a web analytics service and uses cookies, which enable an analysis of your use of the websites. The information generated by cookies (such as data on pages from which a person came, sub-pages visited, length of stay) about your use of our websites is transferred to an IBM server located in the European Union and stored there. Your IP address is stored there anonymously. IBM uses this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the websites, to compile reports on website activity and provide other services to us relating to website activity and internet usage.
For the evaluation of our marketing activities as well as for measuring success and optimising our advertising measures, we use the advertising service of Adform A/S, Wildersgade 10B, 1. sal. 1408 Copenhagen, Denmark (hereinafter "Adform"). The cookies placed by Adform provide us with information about how users make use of our digital media. The first cookie is placed as soon as you have established contact with an Austrian Lotteries or win2day advertisement activated via Adform. The cookie contains an advertising ID and is created with a validity of 60 days. It does not contain any features (e.g. full IP address, first name, last name, address, e-mail address) that can be used to identify you personally. However, the advertising ID enables us to recognise which advertisement brought our company to your attention. All information is anonymised and therefore only contains technical information such as the frequency and date of the display of advertisements, the browser used and the installed operating system. An inference about your person is not possible. Since IP addresses in Austria are considered personal data, Adform never saves complete IP addresses, but truncates the last octet to comply with data protection regulations. Adform never combines the advertising ID with personal data. The legality of the corresponding data processing is based on the "legitimate interest" granted in Article 6 (1) f of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Upon your consent, the website of the Austrian Lotteries (www.lotterien.at), win2day (www.win2day.at) as well as the website of Casinos Austria (www.casinos.at, shop.casinos.at) use the Facebook Custom Audience Pixel in order to optimise the advertising on Facebook. The operating company of Facebook is Facebook, Inc. 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA. If a person lives outside the United States or Canada, the controller is Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. We use Custom Audience Pixel, a service provided by Facebook Inc. that allows us to show personalised ads to people who visit our website and engage in certain interactions while logged into Facebook. To do this, we have added Facebook's pixel code snippet to the header of our website, which links to Facebook's servers and tells Facebook you have visited our website. Facebook adds this information to your Facebook account.
Information about the collection, processing and use of personal data by Facebook is provided in the privacy statement published by Facebook, which can be found at www.facebook.com/about/privacy. It also explains which settings Facebook offers to protect the privacy of the person concerned. In addition, various configuration options are available to prevent the transmission of data to Facebook. These applications can be used by the person concerned to prevent the transmission of data Facebook.
Further information and the Facebook pixel's applicable privacy policy can be found at www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
