2. "Glücks Card" Bonus Programme
2.1. Welcome chips and benefits
2.1.1 Welcome chips
On each visit and gaming day in a Casinos Austria casino, each “Glücks Card” holder has an opportunity to purchase gaming chips in the value of € 30 at a reduced price.
2.1.2 Benefits of the “Glücks Card” programme “points & more”
The current benefits and promotions from the “Glücks Card” programme “points & more” can be viewed on the website casinos.at. In addition, benefits and promotions may be gleaned from information sent by e-mail and regular mail as well as from information material in the casinos.
2.2. Acquisition of lucky points and status points
Based on the total betting amount (sum of all bets made), each participant has an opportunity to acquire lucky points and status points per session (“Glücks Card” in – “Glücks Card” out):
€ 10 betting amount on an electronic gaming machine (except roulette and poker machines) = 1 lucky point and 1 status point
€ 20 betting amount on an electronic gaming machine (roulette or poker machines) = 1 lucky point and 1 status point
€ 20 betting amount on easy roulette and stadium games = 1 lucky point and 1 status point
Casinos Austria can also create additional opportunities to earn lucky and status points.
The respective number of points can be found in the personal area of the My Casino account and in e-mail notifications or can be requested at the reception desk in any casino operated by Casinos Austria.
No more than 3,000 lucky points can be collected by any participant on any single day of gaming. There is no limit to the number of status points that can be acquired. Details can be found on the casinos.at website.
2.3. Redeeming lucky points
Any acquired lucky points can be exchanged for services or articles from Casinos Austria from the next gaming day onwards, upon personal presentation of the “Glücks Card” in a Casinos Austria casino. When redeeming lucky points, the oldest valid lucky points are always used first. Casinos Austria may use third parties to provide services as well as enable the redemption of lucky points with third parties, in particular with cooperation partners. The redemption period, the required number of lucky points to be redeemed and the types of service can be found on the casinos.at website and in the personal area of the My Casino account. Lucky points may not be redeemed for cash.
Status points cannot be redeemed.
2.4. Classification and benefits based on status points
Status points define a classification into one of three levels.
Using the number of status points as a basis, the following levels can be reached in the “Glücks Card” programme “points & more”:
“Glücks Card RED”: up to 2,000 status points
With a “Glücks Card RED”, participants can receive event invitations and goodies and can participate in exclusive prize games and special lucky points promotions.
“Glücks Card GOLD”: from 2,001 to 20,000 status points
In addition to “Glücks Card RED” benefits, participants can take advantage of defined gastronomy services.
“Glücks Card PLATINUM”: from 20,001 status points
In addition to “Glücks Card GOLD” benefits, participants can take advantage of additional benefits.
The upgrade into the next higher level takes place automatically once the required number of status points has been reached. The status is always valid from the time the level is reached for the remainder of the calendar year and the following calendar year.
The calculation period for status points goes from January 1 to December 31 of the current year.
2.5. Food and beverage consumption based on status points
Depending on the status, a Cardholder is exclusively entitled to use the offers and benefits associated with the “Glücks Card GOLD” or “Glücks Card PLATINUM” for the consumption of food and beverages (F&B services) in the Casinos Austria casinos.
Offers for F&B services may only be claimed by the Cardholder upon personal presentation of the “Glücks Card” in any bar and gaming area of Casinos Austria, but not in the Cuisino restaurants (indoor or outdoor areas). F&B service offers are subject to change. Currently valid bar menus are available in the bar areas.
2.5.2. Misuse of the card
Transferring the “Glücks Card GOLD” or “Glücks Card PLATINUM” to a third party for the purpose of claiming F&B services constitutes misuse of the “Glücks Card”.
Casinos Austria may at any time discontinue the granting of F&B service benefits in the event of abusive consumption behaviour (e.g. use of the food or beverage not just for personal use, excessive alcohol consumption) by the Cardholder or immediately exclude the participant from participation in the “Glücks Card” programme “points & more” in accordance with section 3.2. of the Conditions of Participation.
2.6. Expiration of lucky points and status points
Lucky points are valid for at least 24 months (two years) from the time they are acquired. Any lucky points that are older than two years automatically expire once a year (effective date: December 30), with no entitlement to a replacement.
The status points are reset to zero once a year (effective date: January 1). From this point on, the participant starts accumulating status points starting from zero for the next calculation period of twelve months.
